Texas Roadhouse - Palm Bay (FL)

3 /5 Alex Cuadra: Not my best experience at a Texas Roadhouse. I sort of felt not welcome. Both the Hostess and the guy that took us to our table barely spoke, didnt welcome us and the guy was super informal. Not even because we had children... Our waitress, which was starting her first day, I have to say was amazing. Food was ok, Steak was a bit tough and road kill didnt look appetizing. Green Beans were horrible. Food took a long time and place wasnt full at all. I think Ill return to Longhorns when in the area, too bad.

1 /5 Theodore Koulouriotis: I came with my cousin to try out the steaks as he is not from the u.s. we got the big 23 Oz t-bone steaks, I got medium, he got medium well, we waited for our steaks and when we got them mine looked rare and his looked medium rare, since we were hungry however from working all day, we ended up eating them. I had also gotten Mac and cheese as my side with the steak, the cheese had grains and tasted like it was powdered cheese with water added, and some of my macaroni noodles were hard. We finished our food and waited for our waiter, it took at least five minutes before we got the attention of a different staff member, asked for the check, when we went to pay, our bill was ~$88.50 so we gave the waiter $90, the waiter asked where the tip was, we said it was there, he said "only a dollar-fifty? For a bill like this 20% is like $16" we couldnt find this guy when we wanted our check, he didnt even serve us our food, he didnt even give us cooked enough food, and he was complaining that we barely gave him a tip? Its safe to say we wont be coming back anytime soon.

1 /5 mel-melay: First of all, the bread was not fully cooked as the picture below. I feel like 99% of the people that eats here love their bread because its good and 90% of the time i agree except today! Every time we eat at texas we always get the same exact thing: 12 oz ribeye well done no pink. The steak they gave us feels more of like new york steak than ribeye because it has no fats and the cut was too thick. The waiters keep forgetting us like we understand she has other customers but that was just too long. My husband’s mom was a waitress and because of that we ALWAYS GIVE TIPS but today we are that disappointed that we didn’t give a single cents.

5 /5 Magalina M: So last night I went here for the first time and it was so awesome. Steven was our waiter and he was so awesome. The manager came by checked on us and there was other waitresses and waiters who had nothing to do with us but they still as they were walking by asked if we needed anything. I think it is so awesome that they kind of also put on a show they were dancing and then they did something with a horse saddle I mean I just had the most awesome first visit. I ordered the herb chicken, it was sauteed with onions and mushrooms along with some corn broccoli and I got an onion blossom and I couldnt even eat it all because they give you so much so I brought it home and shared it with my friend. If youre a vegetarian they also have so many things on the menu just for you. Im so impressed with this place and I will definitely be going back again if I ever go to Palm Bay.
