5 /5 Patrik Porkoláb: I had a perfect lunch at Vernona Gourmet! The chicken paprikás was absolutely delicious, flavorful. The rpaprika sauce and fresh dumplings made it authentic Hungarian experience. Friendly service and a warm atmosphere made the meal even better. Highly recommend it .

5 /5 Tiffany: My husband and I cant get enough of Vernonas. I want to try everything on the menu. Every dish weve had so far has been *chefs kiss* amazing. We love the Farmers Platter, Berry Crepes, and the goulash. Today, for breakfast, I had perfectly poached eggs over Hungarian meatloaf with mouthwatering mushroom gravy. Ill definitely order it again. Dont forget to order dessert!

5 /5 Orna Nissan: The Hungarian restaurant in Bradenton, Vernona, is absolutely amazing! We especially loved the chicken paprikash — it was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The desserts were delicious, the service was outstanding, and the guitarist created such a warm and lively atmosphere. Highly recommended! The only thing I would suggest is using softer yellow lighting to create a warmer and cozier atmosphere. The fluorescent lights give a bit of a hospital feel, which doesn’t match the otherwise wonderful ambiance of the restaurant.

We had Goulash as an appetizer and for the main dish we had Cigánypecsenye “gypsy roast” (pork shoulder, marinated with garlic, paprika and mustard, then grilled with crispy bacon on top) and Kárpáti borzacska (juicy chicken breast breaded in potato shreds with sourcream and cheese on top. Both served with delicious mashed potatoes and salad! They also have great wines to choose from. We went with a nice bottle of red: Bodri Bikavér. highly recommend this restaurant!☺️
