1 /5 Christian Peterson: EDIT: I was refunded the full price of my meal. I appreciate that much at least! They are trying to make it right and that is a good sign.
I ordered online at noon on August 21. It told me my order would be ready at 12:14. I arrived at Zaxbys at exactly 12:14. There was no order in the online order area. In order to be kind I waited five minutes assuming that maybe the employees were running behind. After five minutes and no sign of my order I pulled an employee aside and asked about my order. They told me to check where the online orders go on a shelf in the main lobby of the restaurant. Before I could respond that I had already checked the employee walked away. I pulled another employee aside THEY DID THE EXACT SAME THING. I told them I am not stupid I know where too look for the orders you are the second person to tell me this it is not there please make my order which is now 15 minutes late on being made. The employee said sure and walked away. Five minutes later no movement on my order. I pulled a third employee aside who once again told me to check the shelf where they keep the online orders. I once again told them ITS NOT THERE. 20 minutes later then my order was due (and half of my work lunch break wasted) Randi and Scott were the only employees who were helpful and actually made sure my order was made. Despite that, my order was still not correct as I was missing a french fry. I have never been more ignored, insulted or disgusted by an experience at a fast food restaurant. It was very clear that no employee outside of the two previously mentioned cared, and they represented the company terribly. They were rude and unhelpful and too make matters worse failed to actually complete my order. Attached is the screenshot of my order and a picture of what I got, I have a video of my actually opening the food to prove I didnt tamper just to leave a bad review, google just wont let me attach the video. I wish they would give me a full refund. But after this experience I have a feeling they dont give a crap about any of their customers at all and defintely are not focused on customer service. Absolutely terrible experience and this Zaxbys should be ashamed of their work ethic. That being said Randi and Scott thank you for being the only helpful employees in a see of what looked like at least 20 other employees.
