1 /5 Alexxa Puffz: I have been a regular customer at this Zaxby’s for years since I work nearby, but I have to say the quality of service has gone downhill. Recently, I tried to speak with the manager, Tyler, regarding an issue, and I was shocked at his complete lack of concern. He offered no solutions, no apology, and seemed uninterested in addressing what I had experienced.
During my visit, my mother and I (both African American women) went through the drive-thru and encountered an employee named Faith who was extremely unprofessional. She was dismissive, visibly uncomfortable interacting with us, and made us feel as though basic customer service—handing us our order—was a burden. The behavior came across as discriminatory, and it was both disappointing and offensive.
As a loyal customer, I shouldn’t leave this restaurant feeling disrespected or disregarded. It’s unacceptable for a manager to show no concern when a customer voices how they feel, and for employees to treat customers in such a manner. I hope corporate leadership takes this feedback seriously because this location is not living up to the Zaxby’s standard.
