Arteshia Coley Went to Integrity auto care for my 2016 Chrysler 200. Carlos informed me it was my cooling system that caused my car to overheat. I paid $1,619 for the first parts and $615 for the second parts that’s I needed according to Carlos for my car. The day I was supposed to get my car back according to Carlos he told me my engine locked up. I paid all that money only to get my engine is locked up. I had to end up towing my vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go to him for no engine work. Straight rip off. This happened around the holidays. Imagine how stress I was & how tight things were for me & my family.

Genevieve Dean It was wonderful. I showed up at 4:15 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Hunter was great. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, and his voice was very calming. He even offered me a veteran discount. He explained all about the work that was going to be done, and all the warranties afterwards. He checked on me several times while they were doing the work on my car. Kevin is the young man that we moved my tires and wheels, replace new tires on the wheels and return them to the car. He checked out my full front end and rear of the car. He showed me where any problems were and explain to me different ideas of how to fix them. He was very friendly, helpful, courteous, and very light-hearted when he spoke. It made the time more calming in relaxing. Scott is the gentleman that did my four wheel alignment. He explained everything that he was going to do. He also checked out the front and rear end of the car. He showed me what was wrong and how to correct it. He also gave me tips on replacing the strut assembly and rear shocks. His voice was very calming. He was very courteous, friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. This was one of the best places that I have been to in years for any mechanical work. I never once felt lied to, cheated, or treated with sexism. Everything was explained to me, in words that I could understand not being a mechanic. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Travis Wilfeard Napa is always the right choice for parts!! Seriously great employees, I didnt catch the name of the guy that helped me but I needed a bolt for my bumper, he searched for 20 mins to find one and just let me have it! They arent the cheapest, but you get what u pay for!

Beti Anderson Took in our vehicle for estimate on rear bumper on Monday. Tuesday morning took vehicle in for repair. Genuine Ford parts used. Picked up vehicle a few hours later. We are amazed at the excellent quality of the work performed, the time frame in which it was done, and their outstanding, friendly service. There is not a rude person to be found at Gautney! Im glad I did some research on the place we were going to take the car. We highly recommend Gautney Paint & Body Shop! Thanks, David, for a job well done!

Daniel Lee Be aware these people are scammers!!! Bought a tire here and after 30 days they tire started to split. It looked like it had been through a war. See attached photos. I called to tell them about it but unfortunately I couldnt get off work before they closed. Had to go the next day. They refused to warranty it because I was 1 day past their 3p day warranty. Whatever. It happens. So I bought another tire to replace it. Again within 30 days of buying the tire it started developing bubbles and went out of round. I did not go back. 2 tires in 2 months fell apart on me and could have resulted in a blow out and even possibly a wreck. I will never trust these people again nor will I ever buy another tire or service from them. Edit to reply to the owners reply. No I dont have the shop mixed up. It was your shop. I spoke with the woman at the front desk who had her kids running around the place. And the guy did the work to change the tire. Hell I even had yall do an alignment the first time i had a tire put on. A GOOD used tire lasting a month? Yeah right. The used tire I bought from another shop in Orange city for $60 has lasted longer than the 2 used tires I bought from your shop.

Colleen McDonald I would never recommend or go back to this place even if my car died in front of the shop. I would pay for a tow truck to take it down the road. I had squeaky brakes and needed an oil change I went there not even 10 minutes the girl came back with a long list of issues saying my front brakes my back brakes needed to be changed on my rotors came up to almost $800 I went with my gut instinct and left and went to get a second opinion down the road I paid $40 for the mechanic to take off my back wheels and inspect my brakes and there is absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes nothing wrong. The other issue I had is circumstantial and I wont put it on blast

Bluegrass Great guys! Honest, authentic and pure. George makes you feel like home! They inspected my 2015 Kia forte and gave me the best price quote! Took my car to a different dealership 2 years ago and they straight up lied about my engine having piston issues. But not these guys…. You have a customer!

Chelsea Lawrence This is the third time I’ve had to go to St Johns. Tyler and his crew are awesome. We had two tire issues within hours of each other on a Friday morning. He got my car in and was able to patch the one I wanted fixed within 20 mins. Always at a reasonable price!

Elliot Sternberg I heard grinding when I braked during a road trip and the employee, Tyler, told me exactly what my issue was, showed me how to tell, and made me feel very educated. When I talked to a car friend later they told me I got a great price. Highly recommend!

Jerry Hardenbergh Freddie is one of the best mechanics I’ve known, and most definitely the most honest mechanic I’ve ever known. The problem Freddie has is he cannot find and hire good mechanics. Freddie has always done good work for us, especially on short notice he always comes through.

Billy Witmore The repair to Eds Crv was both unprofessional and unethical. At several points throughout the repair, Freddie should have known the engine needed more than a timing chain. Anytime a timing chain breaks on an interference engine (which a CRV has) , you should look for signs of bent valves. By simply turning the engine over by the crank bolt, the mechanic could have told there was damage. The piston hitting the head would have a very obvious feel. If he suspected damage to the valves, he could have either used a bore scope to inspect them OR remove the heads to further inspect the heads and valves. Ed was told "mistakes" happen by friends who recommended Freddie, but this isnt a mistake, it is a gross oversight. I would expect this kind of oversight from a shade tree mechanic, not a known business. Avoid this shop for any serious repair.
