David Afichuk Called the owner spoke to the guy seemed like a reasonable guy after bringing my truck in he said Im not sure how much it will cost $200-$500 so I decided to do rotate and balance of wheels instead of calling me he went ahead and did alignment for some odd reason. I dont think these guys MR Front End have integrity. I would try the other guys out in Venice and Sarasota next time.

JW Adair Gregg was experienced, worked quickly & efficiently. Assurant Extended Warranty was the only problem. It was not his fault. It was what we purchased at Napleton’s DCJ where we bought the vehicle. We don’t recommend Assurant Extended Warranty but we highly recommend Gregg’s Automotive Repair! Cheryl & Gregg were both so nice & helpful!

The owner Adrian went above and beyond almost any mechanic I’ve dealt with in the past. He even helped my driver find a place to stay in the area during the breakdown. Very easy to communicate with. Andy Lacza I went for a serpentine belt replacement. That was done correctly and the price was ok. However the next day my dash had a warning sign to check my radiator fluid level. So I pared some in it and all was good. The very next day the alarm was back on my way and I’ve almost blew my engine. The temp was a hair under the red. I got home in neutral and I praised the Lord that the engine did not blow. Refilling it again I saw that there no leak but a straight stream going on the ground. Now that’s not a corrosion or a puncture problem. I decided not to use my car for a week because I have no funds to fix this new issue. Eventually,y body came over today and he helped me diagnose the problem. Behind the radiator fan where the hose actually enters into the radiator, the hose was disconnected. Not raptured or throned but just completely disconnected. See pictures. No one has touched my car since the serpentine belt change which was just two weeks ago. This mistake by the shop almost cost my car. Do NOT use this shop. They don’t care

Mr. Bill We had an appointment for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. The staff was friendly and car was done quickly. Thats where it goes bad. We drove 30 miles for this visit. We noticed on the drive home the drivers seat was wet & the steering wheel had grease/oil (not sure) on it that transferred to my hands. Also, the car smelled terribly of burnt oil, it kept getting stronger. We figured some was just spilled while filling reservoir. When we got home, I opened the hood and the oil cap was laying next to the hood lever, not even on the reservoir! What??!! Yes, they never replaced the cap! I called the manager and he non chalantly replied, oh bring it back in and well clean up the motor and top you off. I would NEVER go back there. The most basic part of the oil change and they couldnt do it. STEAR CLEAR of this place!!!

Carol McAllister Went to Walmart on Monday about 9:30 to have 4 new tires put on my car. Was met by a courteous young man, Russ/Rusty, who just happened to be the one to put on my tires. He said to go do shopping or run errands, he would take care of me, and he would text me when he was finished. Was notified within 1 1/2 to 2 hours that the job was completed and my car was ready to be picked up. Ruthie was very pleasant when paying for the completed job. My experience with the people I dealt with was wonderful. Would not hesitate to go back. Of course, I would hope I would get Rusty to work on my car again. Very competent and courteous young man.

Joseph Pace I had an appointment for 5pm to have 2 tires installed. I was there at 4:50 and I was not checked in until 5:20. This place was dead when I arrived. 1 single truck in the bay which left around the same time I was finally checked in. It took them until 6:30 to get my tires done. All they did was balance and install the tires. Ridiculous. The people running the counter were polite and definitely not the issue. 3 plus guys in the bays “working”.

Michael Presley Team at the Punta Gorda location was fantastic and extremely professional. I was kept in the loop the entire time and took the anxiety of being involved in car crash away and made this whole process a better one. My car looks great!

Mike Parker Took my Wifes Infinity there to have the Front Bumper replaced due to a piece of a Semi truck tire flew off and hit it on the interstate. The service was excellent !! Great communication, timely and the paint / bumper came out perfect. I would definitely recommend Gerber and will use them again if needed.
