Walmart Auto Care Centers - Punta Gorda (FL)

5 /5 Carol McAllister: Went to Walmart on Monday about 9:30 to have 4 new tires put on my car. Was met by a courteous young man, Russ/Rusty, who just happened to be the one to put on my tires. He said to go do shopping or run errands, he would take care of me, and he would text me when he was finished. Was notified within 1 1/2 to 2 hours that the job was completed and my car was ready to be picked up. Ruthie was very pleasant when paying for the completed job. My experience with the people I dealt with was wonderful. Would not hesitate to go back. Of course, I would hope I would get Rusty to work on my car again. Very competent and courteous young man.

1 /5 Joseph Pace: I had an appointment for 5pm to have 2 tires installed. I was there at 4:50 and I was not checked in until 5:20. This place was dead when I arrived. 1 single truck in the bay which left around the same time I was finally checked in. It took them until 6:30 to get my tires done. All they did was balance and install the tires. Ridiculous. The people running the counter were polite and definitely not the issue. 3 plus guys in the bays “working”.

1 /5 Drive to win 13: I drop my car off for a simple tire rotation and the car is taken in to the bay where it sits for over an hour without being touched. There is one other car having tires put on a 4 employees walking around talking, showing eachother stuff on their phones and my car just sits. I get that they are paid by the hour but im sorry it doesnt take 3 hours to rotate tires.

1 /5 zoie.gilmer lambch0ps: Gotten 2 batteries in the past month and the older lady is not nice at all and makes you put the battery on charger yourself and is very helpless. She definitely needs to be working in different department
