glenn gruber Have been a loyal customer for well over a decade… years ago ownership changed hands and I worried that my excellent customer service And reliable mechanics, we disappear into the wind; thank goodness my worries were for nothing and if anything, the customer Service for exceeds expectations. I’ve been dealing with Mike (General Manager) for a couple years; So far, I have zero complaints and nothing but good experiences. I’ve never left Boca Auto Service feeling like they took advantage of me or sold me on things that I don’t really need. I strongly recommend them and look forward to many years of a good relationship.

Vincent DiGioia Fantastic shop with just the best techs around. I’ve used Boca auto for basic things over the years and always loved their service. For this, Mike was my main point of contact, from first phone call until I picked up my car. started off with giving me a tow company to contact. Tow company got to me within half a hour and handled car with care. At the time my car was towed to the shop it hadn’t been used in 6+ months, was ignored and left outside. It had a massive leak in the brake lines amongst numerous other issues. I expected them to have my car for at minimum a few days, but realistically expected much longer. My car got towed and dropped off around mid day Thursday, and I drove it home 5pm the very next day. Couldn’t believe the turnaround time, and frankly it cost much less than I had anticipated. I truly can’t recommend them enough. Honest, Friendly, hardworking shop from the top down. Thank you Mike and crew!

Jeff B Danny is a very knowledgeable, straightforward and honest man. We discussed my issue on the phone. Upon arrival with my MB S550 he accessed the fault code with his diagnostic computer. He discussed with me the potential issue and recalibrated the entire code system which cleared the fault. If that is the correct term. We discussed options if the fault were to return which may or may not happen. I came to find a new mechanic and feel as I left with a friend. He would not accept payment for his time and knowledge. Great person. Highly , highly recommended.

Ashley Dangelo Danny is a BMW guru. 2 years have been dealing with non-stop massive oil leaks. wasted thousands on inferior mechanics. Danny knew what the problem was and how they had failed me. Excellent communication, honesty with pictures along the way. Final bill was below estimate. His expertise worth every penny. Wish I wouldve found him years ago. My car is driving like new . Jared Pomerance John is amazing. He genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles. I am completely ignorant when it comes to engines. John not only took the time to inspect my car and find the best parts and the best price, he also explained everything to me in detail. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Diego Stevenson Family own business very knowledgeable professional, anything wrong with your vehicle will be done right on the first time. I took my vehicle 3 times to a mechanic before John and they charged me an arm and a leg change a bunch of parts and not fix the issue. John fixed for half of the price I spent with the other guy. Simply straight shooter and honest guy

José Felix Cabrera Lee is best mechanic I ever met. Very professional and honest. I had a problem with my check engine light and went to three mechanics and no one could fix the problem, after a few days the light turned on again. Here Lee fixed the issue and actually it was very trivial and economic to fix. Highly recommended repair shop. Five stars for you guys

Rick G. Jimmy took my car in on a same day basis after it stalled while I was driving. I shared with Jimmy that I had just spent over $1,500 on my car (which is quite a bit older than most) to fix this same issue at another repair location in Port Saint Lucie only 45 days ago and gave him the old bill from the other location for his review. Jimmy not only fixed my issue with 24 hours at a very reasonable cost, he also unearthed what the other repair facility failed to do on the PREVIOUS repair so I could call them out for the flaws in their workmanship. Jimmy was honest, fair and incredibly helpful on all fronts. He even went so far as to ensure my emergency brake was working correctly and made certain that the brake light would no longer "nag" me by staying on -- as it had for months! Jimmy and his team really went the extra mile for me when I had the misfortune of having a very challenging breakdown in the middle of the road and got my car back on the road within a very short time. I highly recommend East Boca Auto Repair for their timely and honest repair record. Its no wonder that he has been endorsed by AAA and has tons of letters from grateful motorists adorning the walls of his service center. Thank you Jimmy!

Eran Levy I cant say enough good things about Steve and his shop! I took my BMW to a few places before, and no one could figure out what was really going on with it. But Steve realized very quickly and diagnosed the issue properly, something the others missed. He was incredibly thorough, and came up with a reasonable strategy to treat the problem in stages. This approach saved me from unnecessary costs and helped me stay on top of things without feeling pressured to rush into expensive repairs. It’s so hard to find someone who is honest, and at the same time truly understands German cars and their complexity, especially as they get older and require more maintenance. Steve’s expertise in this area really shines through, and he’s definitely my go-to mechanic from now on—not just for my BMW, but for any car I have in the future. Pricing was more than fair (I compared with others). Highly recommend him for anyone needing honest, expert car care!

Finding an honest, ethical, and genuinely skilled mechanic these days is rare, but that’s exactly what I found with Boca’s Best!! Michael Dion Bocas Best Auto Repair is a phenomenal repair facility providing excellent customer service. As a AAA member, I was able to secure a 10% discount for my repairs. My tires were shot so I had Michelins installed. The brakes and rotors were also in need of replacing. When I left the shop the ride was so comfortable and the braking was smooth to the stop.

Fred Gaines Jr My second visit at this fine, family owned shop. Alissa and Doug are wonderful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have a Lexus with 130,000 miles that has been meticulously maintained before I brought it to their shop. They continued to diagnose and repair my vehicle with the upmost care and attention to detail. Specifically, for this visit, I had to get the CV axles and boots removed and replaced, which eliminated a very slight shimmy in the front end of my car. Their visual inspection service with photos is very helpful. The communication is timely and accurate. Can’t say enough good things about this shop.

I know it can be hard finding a good auto shop where the mechanics are honest and aren’t ripping you off. You don’t have to worry about that here. Billy and his whole team have the highest integrity. I have brought my car here many times, and they have been nothing but helpful and looking out for my best. They’re quick to respond, they get the job done well, and they treat your car as if it was their own. It’s very obvious that they prioritize helping their customers and making them happy. They’re very caring people, and they really know their stuff. I would highly recommend bringing your car here.

Tamra Sinclair I have been using Shores Automotive since 2022, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I started going to them for routine maintenance on my Mercedes and have also used them for unplanned repairs. I find them to be very responsive, have top notch customer service and above all - honest. They explain the issues, keep me informed every step of the way and never try to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. The shop is family owned, which is also a bonus. Billy and his team are awesome. I wish I would have found them sooner!

Chrishawn Lloyd Fast, honest and affordable. My truck broke down right outside while evacuating from Tampa, FL during the hurricane. There were a line of cars to work on but they still had my truck running and ready for me within 5 hours which was because a part needed to be ordered in same day and all for a really great price. Definitely recommend them and would use them for all repairs if I lived in the area.

In the Boca Raton shop, Mr. Shomari provided upstanding customer service, gave me a complete breakdown of what I need to get done, and worked with me on ensuring I got the necessary things done for my price range at the time.
