5 /5 Eran Levy: I cant say enough good things about Steve and his shop! I took my BMW to a few places before, and no one could figure out what was really going on with it. But Steve realized very quickly and diagnosed the issue properly, something the others missed. He was incredibly thorough, and came up with a reasonable strategy to treat the problem in stages. This approach saved me from unnecessary costs and helped me stay on top of things without feeling pressured to rush into expensive repairs. It’s so hard to find someone who is honest, and at the same time truly understands German cars and their complexity, especially as they get older and require more maintenance. Steve’s expertise in this area really shines through, and he’s definitely my go-to mechanic from now on—not just for my BMW, but for any car I have in the future. Pricing was more than fair (I compared with others). Highly recommend him for anyone needing honest, expert car care!

5 /5 Lia Scandariato: Very helpful & caring. Twice I have had a small issue (nail in tire & coolant low). Steve took care of me right away, topped off my coolant, & said I did not owe anything. Its so nice having a mechanic actually care to address your concerns & not attempt to nickel and dime you for everything. The thing is, I have not yet had a serious enough issue since finding Precision Auto which would cause me to have to bring it in for service. Treating someone so generously who is not yet even a customer is what really stood out to me. Well, Steve..... now you have found yourself a new one!!! Thank you for everything.

5 /5 Lori Moss: I cannot say enough about this shop. Being stuck in a tough situation, it was a breath of fresh air to find a shop that really cares about the customers and the work they do. I would recommend Precision Auto Repair to anyone. Wether you have a Foreign or Domestic car they do it all. My husband and I will be going to them from now on. At the time I was a woman alone stuck and they gave me a more than fair price and handled what I needed in a timely manner.
