Michael B I spoke at length with Jodie at the end of Friday about having a used car that I was considering purchasing being checked out prior to purchase and he stated that for $70 his team would check it out. We ended up speaking further about what type engine/s and make of vehicles were more prone to repair given his experience! We spoke for about 20 minutes and then I told him I would return for an inspection on Monday. I arrived and spoke to the receptionist, Sherry, explained to her the above discussion with Jodie and she put my pertinent information into their computer system and I waited in a very comfortable waiting area. A soda machine was available and complimentary coffee was provided. There was a very friendly cat, and I believe its smaller twin or offspring wandering about and happily enjoyed petting from anyone! My vehicle was reviewed and Russell, my mechanic took me back to the interior of the shop and explained to me that after his test drive he suggested a front wheel alignment and stated the front brake pads needed to be replaced. Final answer: My question as to whether to buy the car or not was answered as “Absolutely!” When Russell told me I could drive it out I told him that I owed the $70 inspection fee. He told me not to worry about it and I thanked him for his opinion and his grace! Bottom line, I was referred to this repair facility by friends who have used Elite Automotive for years. It was a pleasant experience and based on my friends opinions and internet reviews, Elite Automotive is trustworthy, has great customer service and fair and reasonable pricing! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND one check them out if you want to avoid the high cost of some dealerships repairs and are looking for options!

Kaitlyn Fox I took my car to Maurice’s for work after an auto accident that I was rear-ended in and the liable driver’s insurance worked with the shop. The entire process was made very easy from start to finish, I was informed the entire time and my car was returned within a week. When I got my car back it looked better than before I bought it, it was VERY clean - inside and out as well as tires shined! I could not be happier and will definitely be back if I ever (unfortunately) need a body shop again!

Nevah Tulloch Awesome place! A friend of mine recommended this body shop. I was very impressed when I first walked into the facility , it’s nice and clean very inviting. Customer service and staff were nice and professional.What blew me away was the outstanding , excellent and perfect body work that they did on my car. The manager was very courteous and welcoming. I did not know I couldn’t wait for my vehicle. The manager was so nice , he had a worker to take me home. I highly recommend this place!! You will never regret it. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Robert Leon Beware of their 5 star reviews. I trailered my 56 Chevy nomad to this shop to have an upgraded Vintage Air Gen 5 system installed. They asked for $2500 in advance to pay for parts. After waiting over 3 weeks and no new system installed the owner called and said, “why get this installed we have your original system blowing 54 degrees”. No new parts installed, no receipt and it hasn’t blown very cold. Thinking I’d get a refund of some kind I had to pay another $500 to get it released. Stay away!

Dani_smalls Personally, they are completely straight forward, Lawton was amazing very knowledgeable and let me know every detail and updated me when he could. After getting my 21’ JLU back from some upgrades and a little tune up, within a timely matter, it drives great handles very well and he even made sure days after that everything was still okay definitely reassuring to have a great mechanic with the small town vibes !!! Definitely recommend because I will be going back for all my needs for the jeep.

Tax Guy Ben Love these guys. Honest and truthful. They tell you whats wrong and give you the options. They will say we can just fix this for x. But since we are there it might also be smart to replace this, its only y more. Since they are already taking that part out to get to the other item. I trust this shop with all of my vehicles(6). A+ Highly recommended

Jason Francis Needed a power steering pump put on my Suburban. Called him up and he told me to bring it in the next day. Told me it might take a day or two. Called me back later the same day and he was done. Great service, very friendly and trustworthy! I will absolutely be taking my vehicles back here when I need something done that I can’t do. It’s great to find someone local you can trust and support the local shops.

Abram Palomar First went in because clutch was grinding a bit when I disengaged the clutch pedal so they quoted me for a clutch job new clutch flywheel throw out bearing pressure plate main rear seal and told me after this your truck will be running good as new a week went by Dave called me to come pick up after I left work early to come pick up the vehicle when I got there paid them 1180 for the job went to start the truck to leave clutch pedal was all the way to the floor master cylinder that they put on was leaking but they claimed it wasnt leaking a hr ago when they test drove it and GRINDING NOISE WAS STILL THERE!!!! So Dave tells me to leave it and they going to check it out again a few more days go by and they say oh its a shaft in the transmission alright change it more days go by I have to call to get updated because they stopped calling then they said its not the shaft its a seal so cool put it on few more days go by they called to come get the truck I get there and they try to feed me some bs story that my transmission is bad after they DONE tome me 5 different things and still having to pay for parts my truck didnt even need so unprofessional then proceeded to change more parts and didnt even fix the problem and made me pay for the parts the truck didnt need i will never go back to this place and will be filling a complain with the better business burial this place is such a dam joke !!!!!!!!

Richard Hartzell This place is a bunch of crooks in my opinion. We had my truck towed there with a flat tire because I just had surgery and couldn’t change it myself. We told them to put a used tire on it because we plan to buy 4 new ones in a couple months. They put a new one on instead. Then they broke off 2 wheel studs and had to replace the hub for another $169 on top of the $110 towing charge. They then proceeded to tell my wife about needing brakes and rotors and another wheel bearing plus 3 more tires. In total it was $470 to get a tire replaced. I had work done before by them and questioned the price then. I will never bring another vehicle to this shop and will also tell all my friends to never go there.

Luis Rivera rivera Hands down best shop I’ve ever taken any of my cars to. These guys not only greet and treat you like you’re on of their own, they are also very affordable. Went to 6 shops who couldn’t solve my cars issue and money spent. Took it to them and they fixed and solved it within hours. Would recommend every time to anyone I know. Bryan and his crew is the best !

Kory Lemere Worst place ever, way better quality and price at Havendale Frame and Axle. I wish they would have told me they didnt know what they are doing. The first time they put the clutch in I couldnt shift into low or reverse with out grinding gears or forcing the shit out of it. They told me not to use those gears. Then they said they werent warrantying it, so I had it towed to another shop. They called me after 10pm the night I had it towed to another shop to tell me they would warranty the work. I told them to tow it back to their shop because you couldnt shift without grinding gears and they said they would tow it but they didnt, the drove it back. This was after they couldnt find parts, so I had to go pick them up and bring the parts to them. When you started the truck up with it in gear it would start driving off even with the clutch to the floor, they told me that was the transmission making it do that. They clearly dont understand how a clutch works. Not to mention they had my truck for over 7 weeks for them to replace the clutch in my f350 and its still not 100%. Not only did they leave trash in my truck but they also broke a sensor while replacing the master cylinder, they also drained my transmission fluid and told me the grinding sound was that the clutch needed to be broke in, turns out that my transmission is toast because they never filled it back up and it will cost over 3k that they said they arent paying for. Say yourself the headache and extra money and go somewhere else. Im just summing up my problems with them or I could write a book about it. They may be okay at adding blinker fluid to your vehicle and charging you $500 for it but I wouldnt let them do anything else unless you want additional problems that will cost you more money than your original problem. I have videos of some of the bullshit and my check engine light is with multiple codes on now when it wasnt on prior to bringing it to them.

Eli Yoder For 1 1/2 hour of work and I had the parts..charged me for 3 hours.plus I had to finish putting the lower dash together when I got home...naw I dont think so. And charges $138 a hour? I take my shit over to Jimmys Auto Clinic on us 92. He charges $80 $3 an hour. And doesnt charge like this garage did off the book. Said hes never heard of that before. Good luck going here. My ass still hurts

Victor Baker Took in my 08 Mustang Bullitt for what I thought would need some surgery on the trans and differential. After a thorough diagnostic, Ian answered all my many questions and walked me thru everything. Fluid changes was all it took to quieten some noise and smooth out the shifting. Turns out Ian is a car guy and knew how to speak my language. He even took a few minutes after closing to talk about this soon to be collectible vehicle. Honest, forthright, professional, and patient guy who genuinely loves cars. I would trust these guys to work on it again. (And dont let Brians patient demeanor fool you - he absolutely has a sense of humor)

Kenneth Cody Autosauce has been nothing short of great. They treat everyone like family providing a very comfortable and informative experience. I have had multiple projects completed by them such as oil changes, supercharger maintenance, coolant system upgrades, exhaust work and dyno tunning. They are my performance shop of choice when it comes to my highly customized show car. They are great about responding to text messages and always get me in within a day or two of inquiring about an appointment. There is nothing they can’t handle. And the best thing of all is they educate you if you are interested in the work they are performing. They also allow you to check on your vehicle when working on it should you have a question. Rachel Singletary Took my company car here after getting a quote for a bent oil pan and rear main seal leak from another shop. They got to the bottom of it immediately and took care of the issue. They even took me into the bay to show me what they were seeing and explained thoroughly. I am happy to have found them as they were able to squeeze me in on short notice.
