Curtis was great to deal with was very caring on making sure my truck was done properly and with no troubles He stayed in touch and even sent pictures to keep me updated I traveled from ft pierce a 30 min ride to get it fixed there was definitely worth the drive. I would highly recommend them They also repaired my fathers car a few yrs ago also did a great job. That’s why I drive out of my way. Great job Curtis and also the tech

5 /5 David Salathe: Normally, Im not a "write a review" kind of a person. But, I do at times read them - always good to do your research I guess. With that said, I feel compelled to share an amazing experience at AAMCO Stuart Florida - its a bit of a saga! I towed my boat with my Chevy Suburban from New Hampshire to Marathon Florida for Christmas vacation. On the way back from the Keys, my transmission died on us, and we limped back to Stuart at 35 mph on I 95 - not fun! We were able to find a hotel room in Stuart, and we were luckily surrounded by transmission repair shops - including a Chevy dealer next door. The ONLY shop willing to get us in during the holiday time period and at the very least assess the issue was AAMCO Stuart. Curtiss met us at the door, assessed the car, and we had an action plan within two hours - which allowed us to now figure out how to get home! With minimal resources, we needed to rent a car and drive to Savanah where my wives parents lived - we could stay for free, and fly back to NH from there. As we started looking at rental car companies, our Curtiss at Stuart AAMCO hooked us up with his friend at Enterprise - another GREAT company, and he gave us a one way rental to Savanah for 55$ Yup! After we flew back to NH, the car was repaired and a new transmission was installed at precisely to the agreed estimate. The kicker! Curtiss agreed to kept the car safe on site until we were able to fly back and pick it up. We did just that, and the car not only runs perfectly, but we have the backing of a National warranty through the dealer network at AAMCO. Finally, price, quality and above and beyond customer service (Thank you Curtiss) is back in America!! Truthfully and gratefully, David

All my family and our friends take our vehicles here, and without a doubt we get the very best car care and best prices anywhere!!!

1 /5 Ross Uptegrove: They replaced a transmission on my wife’s vehicle and within a day it was leaking like a civ and it had noise coming from the front end. They repaired the leak and told me I now needed front wheel bearings. They convinced me it was nothing they did so I had them replace those too. Within a couple weeks of actually driving on it, the left front wheel came off on the highway with my wife and two young daughters inside the vehicle. It’s a miracle no one was seriously injured. Turns out they didn’t tighten all the lugs. Two were tightened, three were not. You can see in the first pic how two studs are sheared off but three are unscathed. Those three were not tightened and it matches a pattern you would use when you start to tighten lugs. They just forgot to come back to the other three. They backed off or were never there to begin with. We park our cars in our garage so there was no tampering. Curtiss would not take responsibility for their mistake and it cost me $9000 to get everything repaired elsewhere. People need to be aware of this poor accountability. Buyer beware and shame on Curtiss and the ownership.
