sherry chandler I had a fantastic experience with Randys Auto Repair Shop. The staff was courteous and thoughtful from start to finish. They offered a fair price, delivered quality service, and got my car back to me quickly. What really stood out was their honesty—they didn’t try to upsell me. Instead, they clearly explained what repairs were needed now and what could wait until the near future. As a single woman, that kind of transparency and integrity means everything. Nate Fox Rare to have such an honest down to earth shop. The owner works alongside his mechanics, stays late, comes in early, and is super easy to talk to and work with. I recommend this shop for literally any repairs if you want the most honest prices in the area!

Rachel Fuller My alternator went out on my Hiace and I waited months to get it repaired because I didn’t know where to take it. By the time I took it to Denys I had a collection of issues I had let build up on my van. I swear I brought like $1,000 worth of parts I had bought already because other shops and people said I needed them. My AC hasn’t worked for years. So I brought a replacement AC compressor and belt hoping that it could finally work. Not only did Denys replace my alternator and verify it was working. But he took the time to explain how many volts it was putting out while driving versus when idling with the AC on. Which also means, he fixed my AC too!! I had a leak and once that was repaired and my system was charged my compressor stopped locking up and squeaking. So I didn’t need to replace the compressor at all. On the way home I noticed my fuel pump sensor light was off and texted him. He said noticed the light and got the water out. I hadn’t even mentioned that issue to him because I previously took it somewhere else and was told it wasn’t water and the sensor was just faulty. He also fixed several other issues I did report and replaced at least one bulb he noticed was out (which I didn’t mention). Denys could have just replaced all the parts I brought and charged me all this extra labor for it and he didn’t. He was super honest about what needed replacing and what didn’t. Not to mention he clearly knew exactly what he was doing and I felt he was HIGHLY knowledgeable about my Hiace. He’s definitely an expert. His pricing was also incredibly reasonable. I was shocked when I saw my total because I expected it to be so much more. I HIGHLY recommend this shop especially for any RHD vehicles. Denys has earned my repeat business for sure. I honestly don’t want to take my van anywhere else after this experience.

Pete Dume Denys is the only mechanic (of 5 or 6 that I tried) that knew what he was doing and had the resources for KEIs (1994 Daihatsu HiJet Japanese import mini truck) The guy is a beast. He had some parts shipped from Ukraine, some from Japan directly, he had the torque converter refurbished here in FL and then adapted some bearings and other parts that were not available,to put an entire transmission together. It works like a charm now. Im impressed not only with Denys mechanic ability, but also with his work ethic and honesty.

Kamil Cieszynski Ian is an amazing individual. Hes extremely knowledgeable on vehicle repairs, but unlike other mechanics he understands the importance of customer service. His shop went above and beyond my expectations. I felt that I recieved dealership level treatment, but at a much more reasonable price. Ill be spreading the word, Rock Automotive rocks!

Kenny G. I was referred to Auto Tech by a couple of friends that use them regularly over the past few years and Im happy I decided to take their advice. Nickolas Breidenstein Don’t let the lack of reviews fool you. Brian was a very generous man. He did honest work offering more then fair prices. He offered to come to me or had a location to come to him. He went above and beyond to make sure I got back on the road. Brian saved me over half of what I would have paid at those overpriced repair shops that charge you an unfair labor cost on top of price mark ups on the parts. My family and myself will be contacting Brian for any future maintenance for our vehicles. He has earned our business! Thank you so much for being a genuine person, it gives me hope that there’s still good people out there not trying to screw anyone they get the chance to.

Bob Gwyn I recently got run up on a median by a reckless drive. Concerned about possible damage to the front tires I went to Bobs to have them replaced with 2 good used tires.Due to the impact they found they couldnt get the left front tire off & sent me to a Automotive shop. It cost me $306.74 to have the tire taken off & replace a stud. Upon returning to Bobs I told them how much it cost. When it came time to pay for the 2 tires & labor they refused payment saying they were sorry it cost so much to have the tire removed. Ive been going to Bobs for at least 10 or more years. Experienced excellent service every time, but this last trip was above & beyond anything I ever expected.

Adrian Daly Vlad was very kind, professional, and courteous. He arrived on time this morning as promised and he diagnosed the AC issue on my 2017 Chevy Sonic Hatchback. He explained the problem clearly to me. He also provided pricing for him to flush and recharge the AC system. I told him I’d reach back out once I got my next paycheck to have him complete the service. I highly recommend Vlad and his mobile mechanic service!

Daniel Brown First time I visited for a transmission fluid and oil change, they threw the oil change in for free, unprompted. The second time I visited after being recommended by a different shop for a brake job; Stout told me my brakes were well within acceptable limits and could last another couple thousand miles before theyd recommend changing them. Outstanding honesty and friendliness. Would recommend them to anyone.

Alexis Allison This place is AWFUL !!!! Do NOT go here!!!I Went to get it fixed for a blower motor and then the day I arrived to pick up the vehicle, my car was shaking uncontrollably. I never had an issue with my car before. I tried talking to the manager and he was so RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and basically said we didnt drive your car before so we didnt make a mistake and didnt offer to help AT ALL!! They took over $1,000 of my money and car is in worse shape then it was when I brought it in. They also apparently "ran over" the side panel on my dashboard, never even told me about it and I had to wait a week for them to order a new part. I asked if there was something they could do to help give me some of the money back, they said this isnt a Burger King, we dont just give you any of your money back. AVOID this place at all costs!!!!!!

debbie robinson I started taking my car to Ultimate Auto Repair in July 2024 and so glad I did. The man who painted my car told me about this company’s honest and reliable service. So I took his advice and scheduled a car maintenance appointment. It was so good I have told others about this company. Being a single woman with a car that is now 20 years old, (and doesn’t look it) finding an honest and extremely reasonable auto repair shop is VERY difficult. But I did!!!!!! They are all that and more. I have taken my car there now three times. Two for maintenance and one when my shifter cable broke. They were so good and kind to help me and they do not put junk parts on your car. Only the best and I so appreciate that. Being able to schedule a service and wait in a nice area in the shop is important also. I saw them treat everyone who came in with respect and try and help them all. What a wonderful experience to actually be able to trust Ultimate Auto Repair for everything my car may need going forward, it takes a lot of stress off me. I will never go anywhere else for my car, (The Silver Streak) only the best will do. Give them a try you will NOT regret it.

Ronald Hickman I took my Fiesta in for diagnostics. My transmission failed. They called me and told me that the entire transmission would need to be replaced and it was way more than I was willing to put into that car, so I ended up scrapping it. Even with the bad news, these guys were super friendly and communicative. Ill be bringing my new car in.

Jason Pedigo Hands dont best shop in town! Heat stopped working after another shop replaced my water pump, they claimed the repair would be around $800. These guys found it was just a clogged heater core. Flushed it, removed some junk, and it was heating again perfectly. Saved me tons of time and money!

Drew Strickland They mean they fix everything! What I appreciated the most is that they listen! Follow up with calls in advance and good advice, not to upsell, but to ensure your vehicle is running the best it can. I have had repairs on AC with my wifes Nissan Rogue along with oil changes. On my Nissan Titan I have had alignments, small leveling kit installed, and oil changes. Even had a bigger job with the Titan in getting the TCM changed and dropping the transmission which is always a nightmare. These brothers did it all by the book and the truck runs better than when I bought it brand new 7 years ago. Best part, I was back on the road in less than a week! Outstanding service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for repairs.
