John Stasky Requested a price for coolant flush. The price was competitive. Asked how much to change the upper and lower radiator hoses, each hose around $25.00 a piece. I was told, they would charge $300.00 each to replace the hoses. Two clamps on each hose. Beware of this business.

Fernando was incredibly fast, efficient, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Leisha Celestin My tire blew out and i gave them a phone call. They were able to help me as soon as i walked in. They put in my spare and gave me advice on what to do about my tires. Sweet, smart, and sensible. Forget 5 stars, 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Jamie Vay Auto tech is run by two brothers David and Sean. Both are very professional and courteous. Most garages claim they are ASE certified with no proof. these guys have their certificate displayed on the wall and it was not expired. It may not be the cheapest workshop though. Its not the most expensive either. I would rate them moderately priced honest guys

Elijah Martian Kurt was very kind and helpful and fixed my brakes the right way. He was very knowledgeable and informing and explained things to me that Id never had explained before that made sense. I really appreciate him taking the extra few minutes to help me understand why certain things needed replaced, and I left confident knowing that my truck was properly fixed. My brakes feel great, I would highly suggest using Kurt at A-1 Auto.

April Valdez poor communication. not sure all of what we did pay for and what he claims he did for free. work looks clean, but does not matter if it doesnt start and shop will not return any calls. Loose bolts and wiring, leaking gaskets and stalled in traffic and will no longer start. Had working ac in car, he took out and said he had to order smaller part which apparently was stolen. Replies to post in social media which will show how long he had had our car and how long he said things would take, but will not answer his phone. i will never use again highly suggest getting an itemized invoice for work before paying, but expect to wait several months to get to see if the project worked and then listen to how much he said did for free and after we paid thousands over budget. ignores calls and text after waiting several months until he needs more $$$, or needs us to buy more parts to bring to him because he was broke. just to wait several more months later, will not answer phone or text and rarely at shop when we stop by looking for him. Always an excuse for why work is not done and why he needs more money.

Shaun Wolfe John arrived early, very knowledgeable very polite, John got my truck started after many other mechanics have replaced part after part with no success. He started at the beginning until he tracked down and corrected the issue. I cannot complement him enough as this has been an ongoing issue for years. John is a great mechanic, I will now use him whenever I can.

J Beasley George is by far the best mechanic! Easy going and very informative. Service is spectacular and the rates are very far.My personal and business vehicles have been either serviced and repaired at Broadway Service Center. Always there back to me for my use quickly, which is always important. I give this company 6. Stars

Leona Gibson This was my first visit to Stuart Auto repairs &A/C Pros., but it definitely won’t be the last. I was able to get an appointment straight away for a tuneup & oil change. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. In my opinion they went beyond the call of duty to get my vehicle serviced, at a very reasonable price, so I could make it to an upcoming appointment. As I waited for my vehicle I observed the staff going out of their way to get parts and services for their other customers vehicles. They really care about their customers which I found very refreshing. I would highly recommend this business to anybody who needs repairs or services for their vehicles.

Kelly Hunter AC stopped working. Then my drivers side window broke so it was time to find an auto repair shop to fix the AC. Having given another repair shop a shot at the AC. They never really fixed it properly. So I went on a search. Found Stuart Auto Repair & AC Pro Right there in their name PRO. Stopped in to make arrangements for a flexible drop off. Conversation was light and pleasant and they were very accommodating. Finally got to drop my truck with a request make sure I’m not driving when to tell me the price. AC who knows right? Honest and fair. Very honest. Refreshing. Out the door on AC for under $250. Repaired the window again fair and honest. Great Find will recommend to my friends. Thanks, you guys were great fun and friendly.

Isaiah Workman I’ve used Car Tenders in the past and they’ve always been great, but this weekend they really went above and beyond. I was visiting from out of town and having car trouble. They helped me immediately, gave me a loaner for an hour, and called back quickly with the issue—my alternator had failed, but it was still under warranty. They replaced it at no cost, no hassle. Honest, fast, and fair. I know other shops would’ve charged me. Car Tenders is the only place I trust—highly recommend!

Duane Jacobetti Very disappointed had a new fuel pump installed made it two blocks have video squirting gas clean out the side oil sensor over installed. Snapped leaked oil all over the ground. Live two blocks away had to be towed home. That was the second time I took it to Paradise today. Ask for a refund as I had to have my vehicle taken into another shop now it’s running great. The mechanic was rude. Yelled at me so I’m disputing the payment on my credit card.

Konrad I visited Paradise Tire 3 months ago. Service was decent, Brian was nice. I asked if they can be gentle with rims so besides some deep scratches inside rims from removing old weights and oil/dirty hands marks on my paint everything was fine. Tires were inflated unevenly, one tire was 36psi and other for example 41psi so I had to take out air from 2 tires. Its really not that hard to setup an inflator to 35psi for all tires. 41 is overinflated and could potentially damage my new tire. Also tire change took 4 hours dropped it off at 8 and called me back before 12. I was told previously it will take 1h 30 minutes. Might not comeback but car drives smoothly after 3 months. I would recommend training your employee because 3 stars is generous.

Mary Johnson When you have car trouble and you are not familiar with local mechanics it can be scary. We Googled "honest and reliable radiator shops.". Mikes came up first. Were so glad we found him. Our problem was diagnosed promptly and after ordering the part the car was fixed. No bells and whistles, no over selling, just good old fashioned service. We appreciated that the owner, E.J, gave us a ride home and back to the shop so we didnt have to sit all day in the waiting room. The charges were reasonable and fair. We highly recommend Mikes Radiator and AC Service.

Ray Lanzi This is one quality collision shop & repair shop. I had my Nissan 2024 new frontier rear door replaced and within a week , my truck was done looking better than new. Ashly who did the estimate & follow through was excellent. Very very knowledgeable & pleasant. .all staff office employees were polite & would always return my calls . They even provided me a pick up & delivery service while my truck was in their shop. Martin & Elvis, were superb employees , very concern that the job was done right who also provided me Transportation. A super shop but dealing with Ashly & her team was very notable. In my opinion, Ashly is the key for thier succes on this operation.

Britt Whisner ⭐☆☆☆☆ Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers time. Yes, the repair on my car looks fine — but that’s the only thing this shop got right. I was told the job would take a week and a half. It took over a MONTH. And during that entire time, I was fed the same lazy excuse: "It’s in paint." Every single week. Worse than that? No one ever called me back when I followed up. I had to chase them constantly and was met with vague, recycled answers and zero accountability. To top it all off, Bobby was extremely rude and actually hung up on me this morning when I called to check on my car — after weeks of being given the runaround. That kind of attitude is unacceptable from anyone, let alone someone in a customer-facing role. And just when I thought I was done being surprised: they also tack on a 3% fee for using a credit card, which was never mentioned up front. Which i also believe they calculated incorrectly and i will be calling tomorrow to clarify. This business clearly doesn’t value its customers, their time, or their experience. I will never use them again, and I’ll be warning anyone I know to avoid them too. If you expect honesty, communication, or basic professionalism — look elsewhere.

Liz Seleski Preferred Automotive is the best! Honest and extremely knowledgeable mechanic. Ziggy listens to my concerns and always does a great job. He takes the time to explain the issue and answers all my questions. We take all of our vehicles to him and have for years (even my kids vehicles when they started driving) because we trust him to do the job right. And he has never disappointed and always done right by us.

Raymond Carulli First time customer, Mercedes Benz had an air suspension failure, was quoted $2300 to replace both rear air bladders. Picked up the car next day and charged $1595 and told I was given a discount because the job was completed quickly and without problems. Dealership price would have been at least $4000. Never met these folks before, and I have no dog in this hunt. Simply feel obligated to acknowledge to anyone interested that this is a repair shop to be trusted to do good work at a fair price, even when they didn’t have to. Thanks, Domenic. Ray C.

Kurt Skaggs My van had issues when we were on the last day of our vacation, and I was recommended this place by one of the locals. The customer service, speed of service, and price was simply amazing! My van was runs perfectly again! Now that Ive had this company do work for me, I wish this company could open a shop nearby my house. I see another review wrote about the way the shop looks ... that other review is ridiculous! People at A. Grecos are fixing vehicles, handling parts, and getting stuff done. If you want a place where a guy in a suit welcomes you into a fancy showroom, oversells you parts and services you do not need, and does not actually care about anything but his quarterly bonus, do not go here. Church Street Garage has been fair priced in all their work and definitely lower in cost than what the BMW dealers would charge.
