Yvette Zetrenne I recently had the pleasure of returning to Marc’s Auto and Tire Center and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Anthony provided exceptional customer service—he was professional, attentive, and thoroughly explained the necessary services in a clear and considerate manner. I visited with my two sons, one of whom is autistic and has ADHD, and Anthony showed great empathy and understanding toward our situation. Thanks to his efficiency and thoughtfulness, our entire visit was completed in under an hour. This level of service is truly commendable and something every customer should have the opportunity to experience. Road Warrior Marc has always been honest and forthright about any repair large or small. I especially appreciate them never firing the parts cannon, but actually diagnosing issues, and being straightforward if something might not net you the outcome you want. Also prices have remained fair especially since a lot of times they work with you on the bill. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and hardworking team of mechanics in this area and beyond

Marley I had an amazing experience at Palm Bay Collision Repair!! As a woman, I’ve unfortunately gotten used to being talked down to at repair shops, like I don’t know anything about cars— but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Mike, the manager, personally helped me and treated me with total respect. He was super nice and even went out of his way to buff my headlights, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rest of the staff was just as great too! Friendly, honest, and really accommodating. It’s so refreshing to find a shop that truly values its customers and doesn’t just want your money. Plus, my car looks great. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know :)

Peter Mesadieu Palm Bay Collision did an awesome job on my car! Mike and his team were professional, friendly, and really took care of me. They explained everything clearly and got my rear bumper looking brand new. The whole process was smooth, and I felt confident my car was in good hands. Highly recommend them for quality work and great service!

Florida Guru DO NOT come here!!! I’ve been a customer done 2009 and the ownership changed, and it is TERRIBLE!!!! They charge you $120 to diagnose your car so that they can fix it! And only offer an $85 oil change when before I paid $45. They tried telling me this is normal practice, I’m guessing because I’m a woman?? As someone who’s grown up working on cars and even owned a car dealership I would warn anyone to stay far FAR away!

evander closet ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Champion Automotive Car – 1533 George Street NE, Palm Beach, FL 32907 These guys are amazing! I was driving on I-95 when my serpentine belt popped. My family and I are from out of town, and we were stuck. I pulled up to Champion Automotive right before they closed, and the two guys still took the time to help us. They knew exactly what they were doing and got us back on the road quickly. Great customer service and even better people. Highly recommend them!

SUSIE G Jose is extremely knowledgeable and is sincerely wanting to help others in need. As a woman, I appreciate his professional manner and feel that he is an honorable man working on my van. The shop is very conveniently located, right on Palm Bay Rd. He is trustworthy and will communicate with you about your automotive issues... not leaving you in the dark and not guessing. Cherrito Charles (Sonny) My daughters care stopped working. We had it towed to Gattos. Unfortunately, it was discovered she put diesel in the tank. The technicians worked on her car for nearly two days going through the painstaking process of cleaning each fuel injector. They kept us up to speed on the entire process until they were successful. They really put 100% effort into getting it back onto the road. Very grateful for their hard work!

Rob Fuse Worst experience I ever had with them. I used to be a regular customer but they lost my confidence. I brought my car yo them for a problem and they gave it back to me with the same problem, didn’t fix it because they cannot order the part due to some stupid constraints they have with select distributors. They said the car was running fine but when I picked it up and drive it home it almost left me stranded at a traffic light. It did not go because it was not getting fuel. They knew what the problem was but gave it back to men in that condition. Unacceptable! I will no longer use their services.

Peggy Negrón I rate this place 0 stars. The owner(Steve) is the worst. Especially if you are a woman. He was very rude and disrespectful. Ive never been accosted by anyone in the manner he came at me. Hes a big Bully. This is our conversation. I didnt include video, I was trying to be respectful.

Mitch (OBOY) Dont waste your time or your money here... This place is not worth visiting! They treat customers disrespectfully and even turn work away, when their shop is completely empty!! No customer service or people skills whatsoever. Seriously... Take your vehicle to an authorized Bridgestone Firestone, the closest Goodyear or other competitive service center nearby! Yall should be more mindful of who and how you treat people, because you never know how influential they might be!!

Kimberly Kenton The Gerber collision center in Palm Bay Florida was phenomenal in repairing my hail damage. I gave them my car pretty dirty inside and out and it was like I got a new vehicle nice and clean. Francisco was instrumental in getting my car done within one day. Original quote was a few days. I highly recommend them for your Automobile Body damage repairs. And they had a chocolate donut! Happy customer.

Dan Delorme We had a fender bender in a 22 Ascent. Lots of parts had to come off for a small accident. Ritchie and team took good care of us. He took care of us throughout the process. Everyone was super helpful. It did take a while like others have said, but the place was slamming ( recent hail storm)and we would recommend Ritchie and team.

Pete Kazlowski The Best!!!! Alternator went on my 2016 Nissan Sentra and when i Looked it up on youtube the job looked like a nightmare to do. Found him on a google search and called. He was very flexible with a time to fix my car and his price for the labor was amazing. He did a great job and communicated with me often. Will always use his services from here on out!...................1 week later I go to use my a/c and it doesnt work. I contact him and he comes over that night and checked it out. He had the A/C fixed in 10 minutes and did not charge me anything! I will always contact him for every and any car issue!!!!!! He is the best!!!!!!

Kevin Hernandez Marcus at Space Coast Mobile Mechanic did a truly marvelous job on my vehicle. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. What stood out most was his honesty and attention to detail—he didn’t cut corners and made sure everything was done right the first time. Danial Widner Nice people. Only open for two weeks. They were able to handle my service as a walk in. They have very very reasonable prices. The work is good. My automotive service will be theirs for as long as I am in this area.

Andrew Correira Ramy is THE BEST! I bought a ‘17 Tundra brand new back in the day and have always taken care of it; maintenance out the wazoo to preserve my money maker. Ive had it serviced all across the States at Toyotas. When I came back to my hometown of Palm Bay a few years ago, Toyota of Melbourne screwed me a couple times. With a cooling leak recently and no trust in Toyota anymore, I reached out to Ramy and he took care of me with fast, reliable, and fair service. Replaced my lug nuts (destroyed by T.O.M with sheared wheel lock), water pump, drive belt, idler, and tensioner. The only place Ill bring my truck these days. Thank you Ramy and all the great folks at RPM!

Abubakar Haji He relocated 618 Washburn Road, Melbourne, FL. He’s the best. Came from out the west coast and my ac went out. Dennis fixed my AC. He was open late and fixed my brake pads. Highly recommend Dennis aka McDaddy. Very honest and reliable brother.

Joseph Frankel Had the best experience at Helsel’s!! I’ve had multiple issues with my super duty. I brought the truck in for an alignment but my truck couldn’t be aligned because of the underlying issues with the steering system. I was not charged and was given a comprehensive estimate of every issue that I had with the truck. I like the amount of explanation and courtesy and courtesy I was shown by the office manager and the techs. I am using Helsel’s for my vehicles service and maintenance. Great company to do business with! I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Abigail Jackson Definitely 5 stars!! I normally dread going to mechanic shops, but this place was different! It was extremely clean, everyone was very friendly, and they have complimentary coffee, soda, and water! There’s also a nice bar behind the window to get work and studying done. I will be going back here for sure!

Bonnie Murphy I cannot express how completely satisfied and pleased I am with the service I received at Expresstech Auto Repair. The check engine light was on and the car (2004 Toyota Avalon) was driving funny, not normal. I spoke with Marcelo first thing Monday morning. He suggested I wait till 1pm before coming in. The tester showed 9 codes, but all were related. A rack wasnt available and I brought the car back Tuesday morning. The underlying problem was fixed and I was able to pick up the car that afternoon. Service was excellent, the car runs better than ever, and the final bill was very reasonable. I am impressed and without hesitation would highly recommend Expresstech Auto Repair for all car care needs.

Erika Shell RUN!!!!!!!!! Long post, Watch out for this guy blas my palm bay transmission. I dropped my 2012 suburban off to him on Thursday afternoon after being told I needed a new tranny. I was previously quoted $5300 for a rebuilt from another place. Blas told me no problem I got you i can do it for $1750. Ok great, he says i need a down payment as I am a small business I cant afford to get the tranny i need atleast $900.(i paid $908) Ill have it ready for you by Tuesday afternoon. Yesterday I go by to see how my car is coming along, the shop is closed, I call, text no answer. As Im sitting in the parking lot a gentleman named don approaches me he tells that blas has screwed him and he was there to get his money back from him. Apparently blas takes the money and hasnt repair other peoples cars from the past whom he promised. Don also told me the tranny that was supposedly rebuilt he took elsewhere who showed him the original GM parts in the tranny. Anyways, I left went to the gas station to get a drink called the palm bay police that was a joke, they were like someone will call you back blah blah blah. I go back to the shop blas is there i told him to get my truck out of your shop, he says oh I did it all. I said no you didnt Im not stupid. All he did was replace a coolant line. I took my truck to someone else who verified that my tranny was never touched. He was going to charge me $3400 to replace a coolant line!!!!!

Scott Emmette Told me on the phone to drop my truck off he can have a leak resolved same day. Bring the truck there the next morning he then proceeds to tell me it’s going to be at least 2 weeks he doesn’t have the room, then tells me it’ll take two weeks to get the parts, then tell me he can get the parts in two days but will still take two weeks to do the job. Basically just stumbling on his words giving me the run around. He told me he wouldn’t lie to me meanwhile I was literally there as a result of his first lie. Not a good way to run a business.

Happi Shootr Fast, friendly service. Guys were able to get me into the shop quick and back on the road same day. I had 2 problems which they were able to quickly diagnose and fix. Great, friendly staff who explained everything thoroughly. Would definitely use again. As with any service, you get what you pay for. Better to pay a bit more and get the job done right the first time, by a company that is reliable and thorough. Thank you gentlemen!

Frank Gentile Travis and Scott are one of a kind, trustworthy, very knowledgeable, just genuine guys. They’ve always been there for my family when we are in a jam with our vehicles!! They are very considerate and very reasonable. They always treat us like family, and make a way to get our vehicles in and out efficiently!! I don’t usually do reviews, but these guys and crew are Excellent and well deserving of a 5 Star review. I strongly recommend Top Wrench Automotive!!
