    Marley: I had an amazing experience at Palm Bay Collision Repair!! As a woman, I’ve unfortunately gotten used to being talked down to at repair shops, like I don’t know anything about cars— but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Mike, the manager, personally helped me and treated me with total respect. He was super nice and even went out of his way to buff my headlights, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rest of the staff was just as great too! Friendly, honest, and really accommodating. It’s so refreshing to find a shop that truly values its customers and doesn’t just want your money. Plus, my car looks great. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know :)

    Holly Robinson: Walked in expecting a good costumer service review. Was told if I needed my alternator looked at I needed to remove it myself and put it on the counter. Would not recommend wasting your time or money here. Extremely rude!!

    Cherrito Charles (Sonny): My daughters care stopped working. We had it towed to Gattos. Unfortunately, it was discovered she put diesel in the tank. The technicians worked on her car for nearly two days going through the painstaking process of cleaning each fuel injector. They kept us up to speed on the entire process until they were successful. They really put 100% effort into getting it back onto the road. Very grateful for their hard work!

    Paul Duncan: We dropped off a 78 FJ40 radiator which had developed a leak. John found that the original drain had been moved to a new location and had not been done that well. He repaired this issue and re-brazed it back into place. This shop seems to be one of the last in our area to specialize in these radiator repairs. Work was completed at a very fair price. We painted and installed it yesterday and it’s working perfectly!

    Erika Shell: RUN!!!!!!!!! Long post, Watch out for this guy blas my palm bay transmission. I dropped my 2012 suburban off to him on Thursday afternoon after being told I needed a new tranny. I was previously quoted $5300 for a rebuilt from another place. Blas told me no problem I got you i can do it for $1750. Ok great, he says i need a down payment as I am a small business I cant afford to get the tranny i need atleast $900.(i paid $908) Ill have it ready for you by Tuesday afternoon. Yesterday I go by to see how my car is coming along, the shop is closed, I call, text no answer. As Im sitting in the parking lot a gentleman named don approaches me he tells that blas has screwed him and he was there to get his money back from him. Apparently blas takes the money and hasnt repair other peoples cars from the past whom he promised. Don also told me the tranny that was supposedly rebuilt he took elsewhere who showed him the original GM parts in the tranny. Anyways, I left went to the gas station to get a drink called the palm bay police that was a joke, they were like someone will call you back blah blah blah. I go back to the shop blas is there i told him to get my truck out of your shop, he says oh I did it all. I said no you didnt Im not stupid. All he did was replace a coolant line. I took my truck to someone else who verified that my tranny was never touched. He was going to charge me $3400 to replace a coolant line!!!!!

    Emmanuel Blackmon: If I could give this Mechanic zero stars I would! He came to my house to service changing spark plugs and coils. A couple months later I find out he only changed five spark plugs & dropped one down by my fan radiator. Thompson Auto Repair showed me the issue when I noticed my fan began to rattle days after John from Gear Pro finished the job. I tipped this guy $50 as well. I feel like a fool. They haven’t answered the phone since. Terrible business to say the least
