5 /5 Cherrito Charles (Sonny): My daughters care stopped working. We had it towed to Gattos. Unfortunately, it was discovered she put diesel in the tank. The technicians worked on her car for nearly two days going through the painstaking process of cleaning each fuel injector. They kept us up to speed on the entire process until they were successful. They really put 100% effort into getting it back onto the road. Very grateful for their hard work!

1 /5 Rob Fuse: Worst experience I ever had with them. I used to be a regular customer but they lost my confidence. I brought my car yo them for a problem and they gave it back to me with the same problem, didn’t fix it because they cannot order the part due to some stupid constraints they have with select distributors. They said the car was running fine but when I picked it up and drive it home it almost left me stranded at a traffic light. It did not go because it was not getting fuel. They knew what the problem was but gave it back to men in that condition. Unacceptable! I will no longer use their services.

1 /5 William Bllake: Had a 930am I arrived at 915 am let them know they came out and got information off the vehicle I waited for a worker to take van in around 10:20 a.m. I went in and asked he said we dont have a rack available. We just pulled a truck in thats going to get an alignment done. I said I had an appointment at 9:30. He said they also had an appointment. I said Enterprise said they would get the van in and out since I was coming during work. He said Enterprise does not perceive our schedule I just brought another vehicle inside it would probably be an hour and a half to two more hours. I get paid by the job and could not afford to wait. I made this appointment 5 days earlier Im very disappointed. I needed the oil change but had to get back to work

5 /5 Solomone Savelio: What a relief. Thank you very much Gattos . About to drive 60 miles to Orlando for work & battery just died. Went to Walmart. They couldnt do it within an hr. We went to Gattos. Yes, they can. Phew. Nice and inviting place. Super friendly staff. Very quick services. Great prices. Love the waiting lounge too. God bless u Gattos. Highly recommended for all.
