Greg Phillips I am a car collector with several European cars including several Porsches , Audi , Mercedes and most recently , Aston Martin. After acquiring my Aston Martin DB9 , the car had engine failure and transmission issues which I tried to resolve with the help of several Euro repair shops. After months the issue remained unresolved. I was eventually referred to Hassan at J&B Imports by another European Specialty shop. This has been the absolute best referral I have had for auto repairs and I have been collecting cars for decades. Hassan, the service manager, and Bradley , the technician assigned to my to my Aston repairs , stated with a very high degree of confidence that they were sure they could fix the car. After having the car not running for 10 months , having worked with several shops and advisors, including a dealership, I was not sure they could fix it but thought this would be my final attempt before ditching the car for parts. Much to my delight, the car is now running well and I am having them address a few other concerns with the car. These guys are totally transparent, very knowledgeable and meticulous with their work. Between the frequent, detailed progress reports and input on best path forward, I have the utmost respect for Bradley and Hassan as Automotive repair specialists and will trust them with the other vehicles in my collection. They are by no means inexpensive but if you seek results, these are the guys to repair and maintain your exotics. I travel 40 minutes to J&B and have found other like-minded car enthusiasts to be travelling from further away to have their cars maintained and repaired at J&B Imports. This is a testimony to the caliber work they do and the level of service and transparency.

A G Hassan Hamade at JR imports is an ace . Extremely helpful knowledgeable guy for all exotics. He has always been there with advice when its needed, easy to talk to, my Go to guy!! Okay second trip to JB imports. Hassan is second to none. Great personal service from extremely nice guy. Great work and fair pricing . Bring your exotic to them I highly recommend them!

Nathan James Glenn is a world class gentleman. He took time out of his day to talk cars and make a dream happen for my grandpa. He is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and really cares for his customers. Will bring my MG here in the future.

David Miltner 1987 Jag xj6 no start. Car owner did everything possible as a shade tree mechanic to get it started. No OB port and no luck. Called Glenns and upon cars arrival Glenns master mechanics James and Sean had it started within hours after a very professional and quick critical analysis. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. A very quick repair and a reasonable repair bill. Car now starts and runs better than ever. I strongly recommend Glenns MG repair as they are professional, competent, trustworthy. I detected zero greed, zero misleading statements etc., just honest, square dealing at a reasonable rate. Take your car to Glenns without hesitation!

Kaye Warner I have going to this establishment for about 20 years or so. Both locations. I will always always have Roberto and Sebastian work on my car. Very very honest and upfront and no pushy sales gimmick at all!!! They will tell you everything you need to address..now...or later....the whole visit is documented with photos and notations and emailed to you for your records!!!! From oil changed to vehicle repair....this is the only place to go...

Rosalie Gallina I’ve been coming here for a couple years now for my oil changes and they have always been top notch. They check my car for safety and inform me when things need to be done and when things can be put on the back burner for future repair. I love that they never pressure you and are always very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend them for good, reasonable and courteous service.

Erika Messina Pasadena car care was so great! My battery died and autozone wasn’t able to change Volkswagen batteries due to the computer coding it needed so they recommend I come here. They were so welcoming and nice here, got me in and out and did a great job with a great price! Would highly recommend!

Steven Lawrence The staff and mechanics are easy to talk to over problems and cost. The diagnostic tests and report was detailed, easy to understand and even included pictures. The work done was fast and explained really well when I picked up my truck. I highly recommend them for repairs, or even a second opinion if you need it.

Yep, me Took my 18 year old car in for some TLC. Will, the man running this place is fantastic! Not only is he super nice, he is also not trying to rip off his customers by upselling unnecessary stuff. You can tell Will is in this because he loves what he does, he is happy where he is at and he has integrity and is an honest business man! Very rare to find these days. With that- I highly highly recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs car care and doesn’t want to be taken advantage off by shady characters in this industry!

Vapelander Joe Best car repair place in St Pete! Fair prices, great customer service, and best of all they are honest and will not do repairs your car doesnt need! Will and his Dad are great and they take pride in their service and it shows! They work on both my BMWs and I think they do better work than the local BMW dealership.

Mark Smyth Great experience at The Burg Automotive. I moved here from New England about 6 months ago and my Grand Cherokee was in need of an oil change. They were great. Did not try to $ell anything else. They personally brought me under the chassis when my vehicle was on the Lift and recommended a couple of things but did not push. I will definitely return if/when my Jeep with 160,000 miles needs service.

scott heinauer Air Conditioning Repair Tommy’s Auto Service did a fantastic job in diagnosing the issue with my AC. I had my car at 2 different shops and they couldn’t fix this issue. Tommy’s put in a new condenser and new lines for my AC unit. They kept me up to date on the cost of the parts and labor for the car. Great place and the guarantee their work !

Leisa Rice Brought my car in for an oil change and overall service check and they discovered I need a new windshield wipers. Great timing with all the rain we recently had. Staff are both friendly and professional, and the prices are fair. I would recommend Tommy’s to any of my family or friends..

Hes also great about suggesting a time table of what to look for in the future to keep things running smoothly. Konrad Moszczynski I installed a new exhaust and needed the tips aligned then welded on to get rid of the awful band clamps. Called Mark and he said to come on down the same day. He is equally as meticulous as me about it being right and made sure the job was done perfectly. Truly a man that loves his trade! I could not be happier with the results and price was more than fair!
