5 /5 scott heinauer: Air Conditioning Repair Tommy’s Auto Service did a fantastic job in diagnosing the issue with my AC. I had my car at 2 different shops and they couldn’t fix this issue. Tommy’s put in a new condenser and new lines for my AC unit. They kept me up to date on the cost of the parts and labor for the car. Great place and the guarantee their work !

2 /5 Rob Stephens: I took my car to Tommys Auto recently because it was over heating. I needed a new intake manifold as mine was leaking water. The staff here was very friendly and professional and they changed the intake manifold and the car runs as it should and it doesnt over heat. I assume that during the repair my wipers arms were removed but when they were reinstalled they were done so in a different position on the window. Both of the arms are very high and one wipes right off of the glass surface. I left an average review and I was contacted by Chris who told me to stop back in and they would adjust it. I finally got a chance to get in the shop a couple weeks after the repair was done but Chris wasnt in and I was told that I would have to come back another time to have the issue fixed. I work the same hours as the shop so its very difficult for me to get in. So in summary the actual repair went well but the part where they didnt get my wipers back on the vehicle properly is a huge inconvenience for me. This repair was costly and even though my car runs correctly, I left this shop with a brand new car problem. If you want your car fixed AND you would prefer it to be put back together correctly, I suggest trying a different place.

5 /5 tj: Rear differential in my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk died at 60k miles. Extremely frustrating situation and part was on national back order making it even worse. Faith at Tommy’s worked tirelessly to find and source a rear differential for me as well as working with my warranty to make sure it all was paid for. Got the rear differential within a month and it was installed and fully repaired within two days. I cannot recommend Tommy’s enough!
