5 /5 Mark Smyth: Great experience at The Burg Automotive. I moved here from New England about 6 months ago and my Grand Cherokee was in need of an oil change. They were great. Did not try to $ell anything else. They personally brought me under the chassis when my vehicle was on the Lift and recommended a couple of things but did not push. I will definitely return if/when my Jeep with 160,000 miles needs service.

From the moment I walked in, I was seriously impressed—the staff was well-dressed, well-spoken, and had impeccable manners. It felt more like checking into a boutique hotel than dropping off my car for brake work. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and I genuinely trusted them with my car. On top of all that, their pricing was fair and transparent. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

5 /5 Beverly Finn: Three days ago I heard a horrible sound coming from the bottom of the car. I thought something fell out of the engine. I was very nervous driving and decided to go to Burg Automotive for help. The staff immediately helped me and were very kind. The technician stated a cover fell and he could take care of it. This cover was removed and the noise stopped. I was so relieved. Thank you Burg.

5 /5 Corey Linger: This shop is always honest and extremely professional. I found them a few years back after a different shop told me there was a bunch of issues that was going to cost me thousands. I brought my car here and they were able to help me for less than a couple hundred. More recently, my car wouldn’t start and auto zone told me it was a bad alternator. Brought it here to the burg and come to find out it was not and it was the battery, which I replaced under warranty. I won’t bring my cars anywhere else.
