christopher wilson I understand exactly why there’s going out of business, I just left from an alignment job. My truck still pulls to the right, steering wheel is still crooked. And I specifically stated (twice) I placed a new track bar on my truck that would need to be adjusted, they didn’t touch it. The owner even drove it for 10 mins for his approval, well his approval is useless apparently. When I called with my complaints, he offered for me to bring it back, but what’s the use he thinks it’s good. So then he hung up on me.

Told me to have my car towed to Complete Auto. Jon accessed my situation, squeezed me in and had my car repaired in 24 hours. Price was fair and service was great. Can’t say enough good about Jon and his team!

shawn massey Above and beyond is all I can say. Had work done there, an issue not even related to the original repair happened, I thought it would possibly be neglect on their behalf. It in fact was not. They treated me with respect, found the issue and resolved it, something that would have taken me hours to even troubleshoot. Not only did they resolve it, they did it on my timeline due to child care needs. My timeline! Super fast, super knowledgeable. I cant express in words the type of relief they brought me. I was a person, not just money in their pocket.

Ive got a few more things needed done and they will be doing those repairs also. David Casey They installed a water pump on my C15 acert which is no easy task…a several hour job. They did this on a off ramp to save me from a tow bill which most wouldn’t have done. They worked through the night to get me back going. Will absolutely use them again

Taylor Thompson Robby and Robert worked all afternoon on fixing my car that a other mechanic had messed up. They did not give up until the car was safe for us to drive home. I appreciate you guys SO much and absolutely will recommend you to anyone with troubles in the area!!

Stuart Johnson I have used them several times, their process, professionalism and service is excellent. Communication is great. Recently I brought a car in for repair and they told me I could get repaired under a recall if I took it to the dealer. Their honesty and integrity saved me hundreds of dollars. I will be back.

I have used this location for years and other tire kingdom locations. And as usual will be back as they have always been professional and done exceptionally work.

KURT EBERT Arrived this morning at 7:30 AM for service on my 2021 Infiniti QX 80. I was promptly greeted by Cassie for the service. Service included oil change with new filter and tire rotation. The service department provided professional care and prompt service to my vehicle. The vehicle was finished at 9:00 AM. Thank you Cassie and Shawn for your kindness and professionalism! Matt Yancey Absoulute crooks and imcompetent. Overcharged for services and charged for a "diagnostic" and didnt even check what I asked them to. Had to take my vehicle to another place to get it fixed. Would not respond when I tried to contact them. UPDATE: Still no response after the “owner” replied to this review

I told her it would be fine I could wait a couple of hours to wish she replied well "many of our technicians didnt show up for work so I dont know how long it will be.

Joseph Starling Stopped by on a Saturday morning without an appointment and I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced. One of their employees had the day off, so only one person there doing the work. He gladly accepted the work and got started almost immediately! Took 35 minutes in and out. After finishing, he apologized for taking so long? ARE YOU SERIOUS? I am used to hours of waiting at other places. Has my business and recommendations for as long as their doors are open!! Great price, quality work, and excellent customer service with friendly staff!!

Fred Went in about 3 months ago to get a set of tire mounted. I called and received a price over the phone. However after they did the mounting I was charged almost double. The manager and or owner stated they had 3 separate charges dismount fee, mounting fee and balancing fee. Before install I also told them to ensure they were careful with the Lug nuts as the Vehicle had self centering Lug nuts. This weekend I found they stripped One lug nut on each wheel from improper install. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Timothy Wimmer DO NOT USE. called over for a simple alternator replacement and he broke my bracket on my truck and nicked my ac line, that goes over the top of my alternator, with his crowbar. You can see where its spraying out and He jerry rigged the alternator bracket so its back on the road but I called to ask him about it and now he freaks out claiming he didnt break anything and wants me to cover the costs! When he did it RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Now refuses to fix what he broke. Dont use this old man or any of his helpers!

Shannon Bowles I cannot say enough good things about Ricky and his service! I had some plugs and coils go out on my jeep. Other auto shops quoted me upwards of $1200 and couldnt get to it for days. Ricky was able to fix my car in a day FOR LESS THAN HALF what the other auto shops estimated!! And to top it off, Rickys demeanor and kindness made the whole experience more like having a trusted family member fix your car. Ricky, thank you for the wonderful service.

Les W. Ms. Patricia Luiso is my, yes possessive sense, service advisor, exclusively. Stay tuned while I quantify that statement… I’ve interacted with “Tricia” since her initial employment, that being several years and numerous new vehicle purchases ago. She has treated me with the same professionalism each visit. She is extremely knowledgeable with the product line(s), knowing what my vehicles need next or how to resolve an issue without hesitation. This recent visit was a routine service including oil change. I arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment and as per norm, the service documents were already prepared, and she immediately departed with the vehicle. Forty-three minutes later it was returned with a smile. I very rarely receive this level of customer service with any other industry. I cringe at the thought of her departing, but fact is, young energetic talent of this caliber moves on and up quickly. 5 Stars all around.

Jeremy, the owner is very hands on in his business by also doing the mechanic work with his employees. My go to shop from now on and would recommend to anyone

The Man Jeremy always had the time to talk to me when I called and updated me on progress. He did tell me he was backed up and that it may take a while. He was upfront about everything! Repairs took about a week which is quicker than what he told me at the beginning. Thank you for getting it done quicker without sacrificing quality. You earned a new loyal customer. Thank you!
