5 /5 KURT EBERT: Arrived this morning at 7:30 AM for service on my 2021 Infiniti QX 80. I was promptly greeted by Cassie for the service. Service included oil change with new filter and tire rotation. The service department provided professional care and prompt service to my vehicle. The vehicle was finished at 9:00 AM. Thank you Cassie and Shawn for your kindness and professionalism! Keep up the great work!

1 /5 Matt Yancey: Absoulute crooks and imcompetent. Overcharged for services and charged for a "diagnostic" and didnt even check what I asked them to. Had to take my vehicle to another place to get it fixed. Would not respond when I tried to contact them. UPDATE: Still no response after the “owner” replied to this review

5 /5 Miranda Stamper: I am so very grateful For Chris and Kinsley. I have a 2022 Nissan Sentra. The transmission went out and it was covered by the lifetime warranty but the warranty department was wanting to give me trouble. Chris Worked So hard to get done. He would text throughout the day and give me updates. He would email the warranty company he would call the warranty company. He never went a day without telling me what was going on with my car. Every morning I would receive a text with an update. So thankful for Chris and the team Nissan service department.

5 /5 Michael Conner: Theres a new coaching staff at Rountree Moore Nissan and they have a winning came plan. Sam Ryan is the General Manager and he is making fantastic lineup changes. My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Rountree Moore, one from Nissan and one from Nissan and one from Ford, which is where we first met Sam Ryan. My wife went in to Nissan yesterday for a service issue and saw Sam there. She went over to talk to him and decided to look at a vehicle on property and to crunch numbers. While she didnt purchase a new vehicle at the time, she was favorably impressed with Andre and Justin Milton in management and Adam English, our sales rep. They all demonstrated remarkable professionalism and courtesy. Sam has the team moving in the right direction, so if you are looking for a new, positive shopping experience , go visit Rountree Moore Nissan in Lake City.

1 /5 Andy Lord: As a professional, I would like to be professional. I was very disappointed. My biggest problem was that a traveling salesperson (not directly related to the store in question) conducted business in a very unethical manner. Then the team rallied around in support of this person. That upset me. They made promises they had no intention of keeping. Then tried to hang me with the problems. The only saving grace was the Customer Satisfaction representative that assisted me. She was able to undo all the garbage I had to cope with and we parted on amenable terms. I went in upset. I left more upset. Then she was able to set it right again. I didnt want to fill out this survey. I know it bodes ill. Unfortunately the pop up request for a review wont stop popping up on my phone. Stop the pop ups I wont bother with my ill feelings. Lose the traveling asshat.
