Stay tuned while I quantify that statement… I’ve interacted with “Tricia” since her initial employment, that being several years and numerous new vehicle purchases ago. She has treated me with the same professionalism each visit. She is extremely knowledgeable with the product line(s), knowing what my vehicles need next or how to resolve an issue without hesitation. This recent visit was a routine service including oil change. I arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment and as per norm, the service documents were already prepared, and she immediately departed with the vehicle. Forty-three minutes later it was returned with a smile. I very rarely receive this level of customer service with any other industry. I cringe at the thought of her departing, but fact is, young energetic talent of this caliber moves on and up quickly. 5 Stars all around.

1 /5 Jennifer Negrette: Let me start by saying never use this service department. We have not had a truck for a month now and the only problem is a blown head gasket. When me and my fiancé call all they do is give us the run around and tell us both different stories. They called me today and told me the inspector had already been out they were calling the extended warranty company to see if they were going to cover it and would call me right back. They did not call me right back so my fiancé called and they told him the inspector wouldn’t be out for 48 to 72 hours. So which story is it? We are definitely trading this truck in once it is fixed which we made known from the beginning. But we will not be doing business with lake city dodge jeep again. And I surely will never recommend them.

1 /5 Tammy Cox: Let me begin by saying my elderly father (67 yrs old) went to jeep today to look at trading his truck in for a jeep wrangler. My father is on a fixed income and needed to stay within a specific monthly price range. My father was shown a vehicle that would potentially work with a good credit score according to the salesman. Sales Manager Andrew brought over the numbers which was a little bit above the monthly payment. I advised him that it was too high and he snapped back stating “didn’t we show you one that worked for you” (with a very rude attitude) Andrew was referring to a jeep they had already shown my father. The jeep he was referring to was nice;however is was a standard shift and with my father’s age and medical condition he needed an automatic. When Andrew snapped at us my father said “I did tell you”. I told Andrew I did not like his attitude and proceeded to tell my parents we were leaving. Andrew maintained his disrespectful attitude. It is extremely sad that you have to remind adults to respect their elders and the nasty attitude over selling a vehicle is uncalled for. On a side note big thank you to Salesman Xavier as he was extremely nice and professional apologizing on Andrews behalf. Ultimately if you are a person who needs someone to be patient and understanding I would say stay far far away.
