He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car, which I truly appreciated. Victor worked quickly and efficiently, managing to fix my car in just one day. He even rushed to get the necessary parts from another store to ensure I had a working AC in the sweltering Florida heat. Its rare to find a mechanic who is not only skilled but also honest and transparent about the work being done. What stood out the most was Victors integrity; he had to undo some work that had been done incorrectly by someone else I found online, and he handled it with ease and expertise. Mason T i had a great experience with Kevin and his team at Master Team Automotive. i dropped off my car with a faulty starter and a problematic AC. they replaced the starter as requested and when i got it back (in a timely manner), the AC was working even though no work had been done to it. it seems to me that Master Team Automotive is actually a team of miracle workers. i know where ill go when my car needs more work. thank you!

Terri Gonzalez Wow! I am truly amazed at the professionalism and kindness here! I was told at Mazda that my car needed several things that would be quite a lot of money. Robert I only trust Sunset Auto with my vehicle maintenance, and for good reason! Were always highly satisfied with their service. Recently, we dropped off our car for routine maintenance that included replacing the windshield wipers and addressing a dashboard warning light by replacing the tire pressure sensors. They also rotated the tires for longevity and performed an oil change with a new filter. The team at Sunset Auto consistently demonstrates professionalism and efficiency. Theyre simply the best!

Baker Jim (Jimmy Ozone) Stan did many repairs on several Mercedes I owned over the years. Most of his work was spot on and resonable. My only complaints are misdiagnosis on a 2007 Mercedes E350. He missed a camshaft sensor which made the motor sound like a diesel. The other one was my 2000 ML320. He had the car for 6 weeks and said it could not be fixed due to it needing a new wiring harness which were not available. I found the exact one on eBay and brought it to him. He said they installed it and it was now fixed. I thought that was somewhat odd. It is sometimes always good to get a second opinion if you believe any shop might not be able to properly diagnose your issues. Stan has many satisfied customers. After the wiring harness issue it was time to find another shop although I would recommend Strictly Foreign as they have good mechanics and Stan will listen to you and come back with options.

Bob Ruff Stan has been my mechanic for over 30 years. I have been there when a new customer comes in and says their mechanic cant fix the car and Stan is the only guy the can recommend to get it done.

Shannon Bodilly Justin and his wife are awesome! They took over the business recently and weve been so fortunate to have found them. The dealership wanted to steal 4k from us and Justin fixed our car for much less. The price is right and the treatment is personal and transparent!

Kevin Watkins Ive been taking my vehicles here since the shop was owned by Eric and Sharon, The new owner, Justin (and his wife), are wonderful! I recently had my wifes vehicle in for service, and it was making some other noises. Her suv needed an oil change and tire rotation, so he added that noise check to the list. We made an appointment and dropped her vehicle off at 8am. He found two of her brake calipers were sticking and eating up the brake pads. He was able to get parts ordered in quick and had her suv roadworthy again the same day. I will definitely keep taking my vehicles here for Justin to fix.

Cody Mayers Needed a new thermostat where multiple shops quoted me at 4.5-5 hours labor. Verne got the job done in an hour. It’s rare in my opinion to find an honest mechanic that doesn’t try to belabor the job to get more out of you. He was recommended to me by a friend and has definitely just earned a new long-term customer.

Fahad Incorrect diagnoses and overpriced for not fixing the problem. Charged for the wrong diagnosis as well. We actually got the car fixed based on his diagnosis and it did not solve the problem. Not sure how they consider themselves honest. We can also prove it. Don’t use this place.

Shawn Gutowski Glens Tire & Service did a great job getting tires for my Subaru Forester. Scott Carmichael (and his brother Sean) arent just guys who work at a tire shop, they are guys who KNOW tires. They are happy to take the time to understand your needs and make recommendations to make sure what you get will be the best tire within your budget. There was no pressure to upsell to a more expensive brand, and the tires that I selected came in several hundred dollars less than one of the big name competitors in town.

Brandi Wilmoth The service I received was the best I could have ever received my family and I was on vacation in Florida 14 hours from our home when the fuel pump went out on my car. I was so panicked and if you know anything about cars it’s a huge job. These gentleman came to the rescue and worked from 4 pm until 3 am to get my fuel pump replaced so my family of five could check out and leave the next day. This day was one of the most stressful days I’ve had as a mom and they literally came to the rescue fixed my car at a fraction of normal price right where it broke down at. If you have any mechanical issues and are in need of honest hard working mechanic don’t look no further.

CK Soulshine Man, what can I say for someone that came out within a couple hours to fix an issue with quickness that allowed me to be back on the road same day. I had called my mechanic that is all the way in Cocoa beach to ask what my issue could be so I had an idea of what the issue was. When Victor got here, he took and look and confirmed it was that and fixed it within not even 20 mins. Thank you dear Victor!!! Jeannie Found Precision Auto Repair on the Nextdoor App. Donnie was honest, patient, and gave me fair prices upfront for a drive belt replacement on my 2018 Hyundai Ioniq. He needed a special tool for the job, ordered it, and had my car ready just a few hours after I dropped it off. Great Service- Ill definitely be back and will recommend him to others!

Michael Finn I have always maintained my own vehicles and am very apprehensive of sending my vehicle to someone else to perform repairs. Being a new father, I just don’t the bandwidth nor the appropriate equipment to do certain tasks. My ac stopped blowing cold, as we all know, 100 degree temperatures with a baby is not happening! I was referred to Precision Repair Services and I am so grateful that I made the call. Comprehensive knowledge, honesty, precision repair and a fair price goes a long way with me. Kinshasha Daneu This is the only shop I trust with my cars. Im new to the area and was recommended to try it out. They have great customer service and warm professional people. Not only did they fix a car of mines that no one could figure out, they did it in a timely fashion. I recommend this place for my own family and anyone else. From a old classic to a the newer cars, THEY CAN FIX IT. If you want to get back on the road take it there. The owner is a nice guy and cares about his customers. Val Lombardo Scheduled maintenance for 2 weeks ago: tires, oil change, fluids. We ended up having to get it towed to the shop on the day of the scheduled appointment. The vehicle sat for 10 days at the shop... with a diagnosis of fuel pump issues. Well, there was an issue with fuel... it was out of diesel. Ended up getting it towed to a real diesel shop, (thank you Ryder Diesel!) for that free diagnosis. Within the hour the other shop confirmed no issues with fuel pumps, had the tires mounted and changed, and were doing the other maintenance. If there had been ANY honest communication from Richs, we would have been content. Better management, honest conversations and better customer service, then maybe youll get back to what you were once known for.

Dominic Meredith Excellent service, had my lowering springs installed here and came out looking badass! Car has no issues and top performance did an awesome job in a timely manner too. Will be returning for future work when needed.

Patrick Westbrooks well my truck went in for a rebuild on the transmission. on dec 4 and i got it back dec 18 and when i looked under the truck to check it out my aluminum driveshaft was gone and i had a 2 piece driveshaft that was steel and rusty as hell. so i called them and asked where my aluminum driveshaft was and he couldn’t tell me. he told me that was what was on it! but i have done a lot of work under my truck and i know what i had! so now i’m going to take them to small claims court!!
