They single handed saved my trip by fixing the truck in a timely manner. Jeremy diligently tried to find the most appropriate yet affordable combination of parts and labor to address the issues with my truck. I would prefer to never have to take our family vehicles anywhere else for regular services and the infrequent big jobs.

Theresa Johnson We called on Saturday about air conditioner not working on my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. Amber set an appt for Monday at 10. We took the car in on Monday and Amber was super helpful. She called with all details. We were able to pick car up at 4 the same day after having all the air conditioner system replaced and Juan was super nice and explained everything to us. Lisa Kelly Good old fashioned customer service. The kind we can only dream about now. They answer the phone quickly and call you back promptly. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I came in on a Monday for an estimate for a muffler. They looked at it right away and gave me estimate. They ordered the parts and they came in on Thursday morning. I took it in and they fixed it right then. My muffler and pipes were very rusted but they were very professional, knew what they were doing and did a great job.

Sandy Faye We had paid a guy to replace bearings. He held our car for over a week! Well he had them in backwards then left us without a car for 4 months. Then we find James at seaside auto. GoKrazy Jaiden Got to Panama City for vacation and checked into hotel then came out and car wouldn’t start up . David came and checked it out for me . Eventually part after part kept needing to be replaced but he worked his butt off trying to make sure my car would start by the time I needed to go back home and that was my main concern . He worked with me price wise and was a good guy overall I would recommend him if you need somebody to work on your car

Lauren Pickels Highly recommend the mobile mechanic for any services! We needed specific lug nuts for our vehicle after some were cut off from getting new tires put on, and this company literally went above and beyond to hunt down the exact lugs we needed for our vehicle and had them installed very quickly. They drove all the way to our home and installed them at almost 9:00 at night because we were going out of town the next morning. Prices are more than fair and the service was impeccable. Alessandra Robinson Id leave zero stars if I could. Imagine YOUR grandmothers truck on YOUR GRANDMOTHERS PRIVATE PROPERTY gets towed(NOT IN AN HOA) because a neighbor called and the negligent tow truck driver didnt verify information. Now your poor grandmothers left with the tow bill(that wouldnt have happened if not for again, negligence). This company doesnt care as long as they get paid. Absolute garbage business ethics there, bud. Judging by other reviews, who knows if theres any additional damage to the drivetrain now as well from being dragged. Ill be making sure nobody in my circles call you guys

Mason Friedrich Id leave a 0 star review if able. Little over 3 weeks ago my 63 year old father ran off the road in Youngstown Florida. He was in a 2009 ford f250 with a 8 inch lift ran off a huge ditch slaming into a palm tree and dirt wall behind it. When he come to he put the truck in park opened the door and got out climbed up the ditch to the road. I called friends and family who got there till I could. His truck was on all 4 wheels front-end first. Before I could get there this guy arrived with his tow truck. He was asked by FHP if he would like for them to close the lanes on 231 to pull it out. To which they told he said no he had it. He hooked to the truck side ways on the side of the road and some how manged to flip the truck on its passenger side further causing more damage. By the time I got there the truck had been drug over 10 feet over brush and dropped in a even deeper spot. It was then pulled up into even more trees. I arrived hearing crunching walked over and asked could I go grab a chainsaw down the road and cut them out the way to cause no futher damage the truck. His response was " Na want really matter its probably already totalled anyhow. When it wasnt his job to determine that. After several hours of messing the truck up further he busted his tow line and was sent on his way by FHP not being paid. The truck could have been hooked to straight from the tow hitch put in netrual and pulled straight up into the road. It was determined by state farm that from the front end damage cause from the wreck the truck would have not been totaled. But after all the damage caused by the tow truck it has now been totaled. State farm and my self has called for weeks with no answer from this company as I live almost 2 hours away from it. They said he should be responsible for his damages. The bed of the truck was destroyed doors nerf bar busted passenger rear window rear bumper bent into the bed which was fine when I first arrived. Now my father is out of alot of money and not able to purchase the truck back as it was rolled on its side. Been told by the tow company that actually got the truck out and the body shop this place is bad news. Dont let them tow or touch your vehicle. Pictures attached are what was determined to be damage from the tow driver by FHP and state Farm. Truck on its side was how I seen it when I arrived. From other reviews Ive seen on here we havent been the only people done wrong. Took my fathers dream and retirement truck from him that want be replaced from the small payout hes now gonna receive instead of his truck fixed because of negligence and very unprofessional work.

jewelia greene I brought my car in Mikes Auto Collision Shop after an accident, and while it did take time for the parts to come in, the team/ Mike himself kept me updated throughout the whole process. Once everything arrived, they got the job done right. The quality of the repair was excellent — my car looks and drives like new again. What really stood out is that even after the repairs were finished, they’ve still been helpful and responsive with any follow-up questions or small adjustments. Mike is a good hearted guy , and will go to end of the earth to make sure his work is perfectly done. I am a 24 year old female & never tried to get over on me he treats me like one if his own. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

MK Had a small piece of body trim I needed painted for a plate delete on a 24 year old car. Best part was when I handed the original to Mike without hesitation he knew the brand just by the color! Came out flawless. Would not go anywhere else if I needed something color matched and done right!

Scott Gonzales I called 2 other mechanics before Shane (during business hours), and they didnt pick up. As soon as I called Shane, he picked up and heard about the problem I had with my BMW, which was a coolant leak. He said he could take a look at it and he was at my house in less than 2 hours, which was great since I didnt have an appointment. He worked on the car for about an hour and a half and fixed the issue! Not only was he knowledgeable about different vehicles, but his price was also very fair. 100% would recommend if you are needing an amazing mobile mechanic. Hes now #1 on my list with anything vehicle-related.

First estimate was around $1100. to start . After MANY hours & hang ups from Carshield Tony was finally able to finish with us only owing $476. & change . Very respectable, responsible, & courteous. Daniel This is the best repair shop in town!! They were able to get my transmission fluid changed with just a few days notice. Not only did they do a great job, they picked me up after it was done so I didn’t have to walk back to the shop to get the car. Very professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, and helpful!
