We needed specific lug nuts for our vehicle after some were cut off from getting new tires put on, and this company literally went above and beyond to hunt down the exact lugs we needed for our vehicle and had them installed very quickly. They drove all the way to our home and installed them at almost 9:00 at night because we were going out of town the next morning. Prices are more than fair and the service was impeccable. This couple came to my home as promised and the repairs were done to my satisfaction. I will certainly use them again for any repair work. They are honest and hard working and went beyond what was expected by stopping at the auto parts store and buying the needed parts. Thanks for a job well done.

1 /5 Elite PMPPBA: These people will lead you on and lie to you. They agreed to do a job for a specific amount then backed out. They could never give me a good time to come by and appeared erratic and chaotic (offering start times at 9pm). The guy that answered the phone was talking so fast I couldnt understand him and he hung up. When i called back a calm girl answered saying the control arm job takes 4 to 5 hours when its a 1.5hr job for both sides per all the online videos. I wish this company was honest when I first called because I couldve already completed this task myself. Stay away from these people. If you call, theyll just talk over you or hang up on you like poorly educated people. Zero communication or organization skills. Dont believe any response to my post from this company as I have call records and texts to support my review.
