Jon Thompson Keith ripped me off $700 for fuel pressure regulator that I didnt even need, said he cleaned this and that and adjusted my distributor cap. It absolutely made no difference. He had my van for a week! My van runs just as bad as before I brought it to them. They then he said I needed a $3600 valve job, but wasnt sure. Total scam, utter rip off and a waste of my time.

Lindsay Holzhauer I had an issue with my vehicle the same day I was supposed to drive out of town for my best friend’s wedding. After being told by two other shops that I’d have to wait 24–48 hours just for diagnostics, I called Bay Pines and spoke to their incredible Service Advisor, MaryAnne, who went out of her way to get me in for an emergency appointment that same day. My car was diagnosed and fixed within the hour. The owner, Keith, and the technician, Tim, were both stand-up professionals who took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt taken care of—not taken advantage of. As a young woman, I’m often anxious walking into auto shops, but I felt completely at ease here. They were honest, fair, and to say the cost was reasonable would be an understatement. I couldn’t recommend this business more highly.

Lucy McLeod I have a Samsung range. One of the hot indicator light stayed on all time, so I called We fix. The technician Andrey came and said I need a new switch. 2 days later, he came and installed the new switch, but the light didnt turn on at all, on top of this, the warmer stopped working. He said that I need a new thermostats for the warmer. I used burner after he left, smelled burning from the range. I called him and he came but very irritated and arrogant, didnt want to hear what I have to tell him. He was keeping saying "Mama, I know what I am doing", walked out without check the range at all. Nearly a week later, He was back here the 4th time with new part, but could not fix any problems, so he said "I cant fix it". I had Samsung came. The technician found the wired was broken and shorted out from taking the range apart. The We fix technician knew it because he taped it. None of the hot indicator lights go on at this point because the main board at back of the range has burned out from the faulty wire. It costed me $300 more from the original to fix all the problems that created by the We fix technician - Andrey. Make the things worse, the Samsung technician has taken all the photos and left all the parts for me - said none of the part that Andery changed are new parts. The We fix agreed to send the refund in the full amount, but the check came to my condo without name on the envelope and no unit # on the address. Luckily, my neighbored got the check and passed it to me. My suggestion to every one - Do not use this company. Call the manufacture for repair recommendation.

Cedric Harris If youre looking for an honest and affordable repair shop, look no further. Theyve worked on my car a few times now, and theyre always fast and straightforward. A few months back, my car had a bad rattle and nobody could figure it out. The dealership told me I had bad struts, but they were wrong. We Fix That properly diagnosed the problem, a bad motor mount, and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. 10/10 would recommend.

zenny Great and very knowledgeable mechanic for German cars. extremely honest and is not trying to sell you more than you need. Extremely fair pricing and gets the work done in a timely manner. I’ve had nothing but a good experience taking my bmw here and recommend him to anyone that’s looking for a place to service their foreign car.

Todd Murphy LT has worked with me on my aging BMW for the last 6 months. He is prompt to the garage in the morning and knowledgeable about my car. He greets people who arrive the shop, many seem to be loyal customers. He is very careful to make sure we are dealing with a specific issue and not just throwing parts at it. He knows how to use his BMW diagnostics tools, performed old school pressure and dye tests and in end got me out the door with my car’s systems performing the way they should. Furthermore, when replacement parts don’t live up to their quality, LT stuck with me to resolve the issue for the long run. Brooke Took my car there a couple of times now.. they changed my brakes, rotors and front tires a few months back. I got a flat on one of my back tires and they plugged it for me. Friendly and get the job done on time! They seem like good and honest guys, they don’t try to take advantage which is so hard to find in this industry! 10/10 recommend taking your care here for any maintenance needs!

Erica Blosser SHADY! I have photo/video evidence so don’t let him come to the comments and lie. He is a fake Christian, uses that coy to get business. We dropped off a vehicle overnight to get an estimate. Never got a written estimate. He called and gave a $1500 estimate we told him we couldn’t afford that and we would just pick the truck up. He then said could do it for $500. Seemed shady. We refused and sent a wrecker. He then told the wrecker that there was a $500 bill due for repairs (that we never authorized). When we arrived to dispute it he was visibly angry and said we had to pay it or he would remove all the parts. We agreed to pay just to avoid any further damage to the truck. He then refused payment would only accept cash (we have video evidence). When we advised we didn’t have cash on us. He kicked us out of the shop & shut the doors. We came back the next morning with cash. He then closed the shop doors so we couldn’t see what he was doing to our truck, said he took all the parts off that he put on and handed over the keys with no written record of anything he did. If I could give negative stars I would. *you realize I have photo (I’ve posted to their Google page take a look) of the truck in the bay with your employees under the hood? We’ve already filed the complaints with the BBB, Dept of Agriculture, and Attorney General. All public record for people to see. Your lies won’t help you here. Your “god bless” comment only proves your fake Christianity.

Robert Cunningham I give 4 because they are good at finding the issues however be aware there are hidden costs and high labor costs. $37 service fee for paying with a debit card? I feel like this should be disclosed in advance. UPDATE My car issues persisted. Took it back and mechanic on duty said "too bad, so sad.". 1k wasted for nothing. Basically stole 1k from me.

Lado Gongadze No one wanted to touch my Volkswagen Jetta Diesel! Raimis (Raymond) replaced the diesel pump in 20 minutes and fixed the fuel leak. Very knowledgeable and experienced mechanic. If he could fix my complicated German car imagine what he can do with more common local vehicles!!! Cheaper and faster than repair shops in the area! I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to everyone!

Ray Ostman Raymond was great, he showed up at my house within 2 hours of calling for assistance. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was my issue, very fair pricing and even checked to make sure everything else was in good shape. Finding a trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic for a BMW is beyond in credible. I would recommend him to anyone for their car issues, he will be my first call from now on!

Frank James Do not use this guy he is a rip off. And a bad Business owner. Came out to my house to check my car. My car was not starting. It was an electrical problem. Said it was the starter replace the starter did not fix the problem then said it was another part that needed to be fixed that order be here at 10 AM after multiple phone calls and trying to reach him. He reaches out to me to say that the part is not in and that he had to get a new phone screen went blank after talking to, the man got irate on the phone And then said he was not coming back out here. Again, do not use this man. He will only take your money and not fix your problems. I left out the part that you refunded the money. I still have not received a refund. Also, maybe you should contact your people when you say youre going to and not make them wait 12 hours before you return their phone calls.

Bridget Szymanski Joe & the team at Victory Automotive were AMAZING!! I moved my son to St Petersburg from Buffalo, NY in his 2010 Jeep Wrangler, his prize possession. Two days after we arrived it wouldn’t start. I had it towed to Victory because it is a AAA recommended shop. I know nothing about vehicles. Joe & the team worked on it the day before a long holiday weekend. My son was starting a new job soon and I was flying back home that Saturday. I was worried about leaving him without a vehicle. They diagnosed the problem, walked me through every issue, and had it back on the road that same day. I can go home with peace of mind knowing the jeep is in great shape and that we now have an excellent, dependable, honest shop to go to for any future issues. I highly recommend this shop! Marissa Furnari After a weekend without AC. My sister and I stopped at Victory and asked about service. My sister spoke with Kelly and made an appointment. Car was there and they fixed the AC and also gave an oil change to the car (especially knowing we had a road trip planned). When she picked up the car she was so pleased and happy with the service and care from Sales Advisor Kelly. Now will take the roadtrip with relief of AC and exceptional service. Lindal Rideout Using JC Auto for years. Keeping my 2007 Sante Fe up and running with great service and pricing. Offers home car service for home and pickup return as well. Was there today without an appt so I took the ride home. One hour later go the call that my ride was on its way back for pick up. My service wasnt a big one but still didnt expect it to be so quick.

Corey Grandmaison This auto shop is a hidden gem. Once you establish a relationship with Tran youre set! I count Tran a personal friend. Hes very knowledgeable about all kinds of vehicles especially Hondas and is often able to predict likely issues and always gives you the cheapest or smartest fix. I only imagine what he could do with a nicer auto shop. Highly recommended.

PrecisionClays Rene who owns Action Imports has been taking care of all my vehicles since 2002. He and his staff are very knowledgeable on new and old vehicles. They are a truly honest repair shop that goes out of their way to ensure your vehicle is safe and reliable. He discovered a safety problem with my wifes Subaru a few years ago and showed me what was failing. It was just out of warranty and he replaced the failing part (much labor) at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend them for honest, reliable and reasonably priced repairs.

David Brodosi Wow! What great customer service! The manager was extremely friendly and transparent, providing all the quotes upfront with no hard selling whatsoever. The techs were equally awesome, demonstrating expertise and professionalism throughout the process. I brought in my Honda CR-V, which had a persistent catalytic converter error code. I had already tried the induction cleaning method, but the issue remained. The team recommended replacing it with an OEM Magnaflow catalytic converter. When the job was complete, one of the techs brought me back to inspect the work—and honestly, I think he was just showing off his craftsmanship, but for good reason. The repair was flawless. He walked me through where the pre- and post-oxygen sensors were installed in the new unit and explained everything in detail. His welding was top-notch, and the finished product looked perfect. Best of all, no more error codes! The total cost fell well below the $1,000–$2,000 range that you typically hear about, so much more affordable than the price of a Honda catalytic converter replacement. While I was there, I also had an engine mount replaced, and even with that added repair, the final bill was surprisingly reasonable. My CR-V now drives smoother than ever. The shop itself is a comfortable spot, with plenty of seating both inside and outside. The entire process took about an hour, so if you’re waiting, you can grab a soft drink and snack from the store across the street. This place is definitely my new go-to for auto repairs!

robert ruggiero Well, I went in for a custom exhaust on the back of my 88 Mustang, which, by the way, is orange. I say that because the owner will know who I am and I had to pay another company because the exhaust was falling off the car and leaking at my brand new bbk headers, another 650 bucks. He said the workmanship was so poorly done that I was lucky. I didnt lose one passenger side of the exhaust. So be aware, if youre going there for a custom exhaust.
