1 /5 Lucy McLeod: I have a Samsung range. One of the hot indicator light stayed on all time, so I called We fix. The technician Andrey came and said I need a new switch. 2 days later, he came and installed the new switch, but the light didnt turn on at all, on top of this, the warmer stopped working. He said that I need a new thermostats for the warmer. I used burner after he left, smelled burning from the range. I called him and he came but very irritated and arrogant, didnt want to hear what I have to tell him. He was keeping saying "Mama, I know what I am doing", walked out without check the range at all. Nearly a week later, He was back here the 4th time with new part, but could not fix any problems, so he said "I cant fix it".
I had Samsung came. The technician found the wired was broken and shorted out from taking the range apart. The We fix technician knew it because he taped it. None of the hot indicator lights go on at this point because the main board at back of the range has burned out from the faulty wire. It costed me $300 more from the original to fix all the problems that created by the We fix technician - Andrey. Make the things worse, the Samsung technician has taken all the photos and left all the parts for me - said none of the part that Andery changed are new parts.
The We fix agreed to send the refund in the full amount, but the check came to my condo without name on the envelope and no unit # on the address. Luckily, my neighbored got the check and passed it to me.
My suggestion to every one - Do not use this company. Call the manufacture for repair recommendation.
