5 /5 Lindal Rideout: Using JC Auto for years. Keeping my 2007 Sante Fe up and running with great service and pricing. Offers home car service for home and pickup return as well. Was there today without an appt so I took the ride home. One hour later go the call that my ride was on its way back for pick up. My service wasnt a big one but still didnt expect it to be so quick.

5 /5 Maria Hall: I have been bringing my cars to JC since 2018 and I can say confidently that you are not going to find anyone who does better work in this area. They always let me know the recommendations so if I think I can handle them myself, I’ll do it, but if not, there is no one else I would trust with my vehicle. I don’t have to worry about the parts that are going in it. I don’t have to worry about who’s working on it. I know that it will be done timely. I also know that I am not receiving any kind of special treatment; these gentleman treat everyone with the same respect.

1 /5 Kida Bee: After running in a ditch, I took my car here because it started overheating. Once I noticed it was overheating, I only drove the car to and from work, which is less than 3 miles away. The car did not overheat when I did this. I drove the car to this shop. It did not overheat. When these people called me and I went to pick up my car. . .my car didnt make it a mile down the road and it couldnt accelerate at all! The car is all the way broke down. In my opinion, since it wasnt a profit to be made, they threw my car back together incompletely. Ill never go here again and Ill never recommend them to anyone!

After asking around, multiple people recommended Michelles to me. I cannot recommend this auto shop enough. I would send my daughter here. Sam was amazing, he managed to fix my car issues in a couple of hours and went out of his way to fit me in as I was leaving for a trip in a few days. Not to mention that every single person (customers included) that I interacted with there was so kind and personable. The prices were more than fair and he went above and beyond to figure out the problems my car was having and a solution to them. I have been looking for a trustworthy mechanic in St. Pete forever and I am happy to be supporting this local business.

scott heinauer: Air Conditioning Repair Tommy’s Auto Service did a fantastic job in diagnosing the issue with my AC. I had my car at 2 different shops and they couldn’t fix this issue. Tommy’s put in a new condenser and new lines for my AC unit. They kept me up to date on the cost of the parts and labor for the car. Great place and the guarantee their work !

Did not try to $ell anything else. They personally brought me under the chassis when my vehicle was on the Lift and recommended a couple of things but did not push. I will definitely return if/when my Jeep with 160,000 miles needs service.

Greg Phillips: I am a car collector with several European cars including several Porsches , Audi , Mercedes and most recently , Aston Martin. After acquiring my Aston Martin DB9 , the car had engine failure and transmission issues which I tried to resolve with the help of several Euro repair shops. After months the issue remained unresolved. I was eventually referred to Hassan at J&B Imports by another European Specialty shop. This has been the absolute best referral I have had for auto repairs and I have been collecting cars for decades. Hassan, the service manager, and Bradley , the technician assigned to my to my Aston repairs , stated with a very high degree of confidence that they were sure they could fix the car. After having the car not running for 10 months , having worked with several shops and advisors, including a dealership, I was not sure they could fix it but thought this would be my final attempt before ditching the car for parts. Much to my delight, the car is now running well and I am having them address a few other concerns with the car. These guys are totally transparent, very knowledgeable and meticulous with their work. Between the frequent, detailed progress reports and input on best path forward, I have the utmost respect for Bradley and Hassan as Automotive repair specialists and will trust them with the other vehicles in my collection. They are by no means inexpensive but if you seek results, these are the guys to repair and maintain your exotics. I travel 40 minutes to J&B and have found other like-minded car enthusiasts to be travelling from further away to have their cars maintained and repaired at J&B Imports. This is a testimony to the caliber work they do and the level of service and transparency.
