5 /5 Norbert Lagos: I had a serious breakdown in the area and although local was far away from home and felt unsafe to drive. I found this shop via google. Alex took the time to listen to my concerns and immediately test drove the car to validate, then took it up on the lift. He was able to clearly describe and diagnose the issue, and provided a quote for all the work. I agreed to have it completed as it was a fair price. I trusted Alex form the moment we met and was not disappointed, such a wonderful experience. Honest, respectful, kind, a true pleasure. Will absolutely be back for general service.

1 /5 Elaine Austin: I went to First Choice Automotive for a Smoke Test to confirm an oil pan leak. They said a Smoke Test wasn’t necessary that the leak was from the engine. I agreed to the repair and requested an oil change. After the repair I got a warning light that said “ add 1 quart of oil as soon as possible.” The car began leaking oil profusely after the repair. When I contacted Alex he said “it’s probably something else.” I got second opinions from a professional mechanic and BMW who said the oil pan had been damaged during the oil change. I had the oil pan replaced by BMW.

The vehicle is very low to the ground and they came highly recommended to me from others with similar vehicles . The service was top notch and the alignment rack is great for lowered vehicles. I would highly recommend and will be back again for future work. A very honest shop that was a pleasure to deal with from the start. From the extremely nice lady at the desk to the guys in the shop, this business is doing it right.
