They had an opening Tuesday afternoon and Espee, who works there called me to see if I wanted to come. When I arrived dental hygienist Josee cleaned my teeth. She did an excellent job. She very careful and did a great job. The best experience I ever had. I want to sincerely thank those two great women. I will definitely return.

5 /5 Sataminas Cuties: I cannot fully express how happy I’ve been with 321 Family Dental. Everyone is so nice, caring, and they put me at ease every time I have an appointment. Dr. Eley is very thorough, and doesn’t mind my questions. Jessica; she is a rock star. I am a super anxious patient due to my sensitive teeth and she always takes her time to make sure I am okay throughout the process. Janine at the front desk always makes me smile. She cracks me up! I’ll be honest, the dentist is not my favorite place to go; but at least I know I will be taken care of when I go here. Would highly recommend for kids as well. Our whole family goes here!

Not only was Dr. Eley fantastic, but the staff was wonderful also. The Hygienist Josie, I just cant say enough praise about her. She is just wonderful! She explains everything she does, she is gentle, and just a warm awesome person. Her expertise is impeccable. I wont go anywhere else for dental work. Love this office!

Bailey was very courteous and made my check in process super easy. Eddie, the dental assistant, is a very cool guy and made the visit relaxing and chill. Then Dr. Gonzalez came in, very knowledgeable dentist and I can tell he knows the up to date treatment, recommendations, and testing. I was looking for that personable dental office where an actual person picked up the phone instead of an automated service. I’m glad I found Dentists of Melbourne. Everyone was very nice and happy to be working there. Made the visit a nice experience. Highly recommend!

I mean, who knew that a trip to the dentist could be so entertaining? From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the friendliest smiles (ironically from people who work on making our smiles perfect!). The office manager gives white-glove treatment and I immediately felt like part of the family. The entire staff including Dr. Mansfield were like tooth fairies in disguise. Marvin Reynolds: I went for an initial visit and everything seemed ok. I was told my teeth needed a deep cleaning that my insurance would not cover. I was told it would cost me $400 and would need to be paid before they would do the service or schedule the appointment. I told them my pay date and that I would pay on that date. They made the appointment. I then received an email that they were canceling my appointment because of non payment. They also sent a bill for the original visit that was not covered by my insurance! The procedure that was not covered Wes never discussed with me at the time! Do not go here!

The visit could not have been any more relaxing or pleasant, Tammy the assistant kept making sure I was comfortable, and Dr. Quadri was professional, and social, did not give you that get done and get out feeling. The whole extraction, implant procedure was basically painless. Staff and Dr. were great. I would like to add that they do not accept checks and if you use a credit card there is a 3.5% fee so be prepared in advance for how you want to pay.
