5 /5 Shannon Hartnett: I went to 5th Ave Dental for the first time for my bi-annual cleaning and had to get x-rays done. John was my hygienist, and he was wonderful. He explained everything and was very efficient and quick. Rayna greeted me and she was so welcoming! Dr. M was my dentist. Overall, this was the best experience I have had at a dentist in a long time. I highly recommend it!

5 /5 Natalie Agyemang: What can I say about Dr. Forest’s office at fifth Avenue Dental. Let’s start with Dr. Forest. She’s one of the nicest funniest dentist I’ve ever been to. He has a great sense of humor and he’s just an all-around nice person. Now let’s talk about his staff staff is wonderful all of them. They make you feel comfortable and at home while you’re having procedures done. And then there’s Jessica Veron she’s just a wonderful person who even stays in touch with you on weekends and holidays when you’re trying to maneuver your insurance. They only allowed me to give it five stars but if I could, I would give the office 10 stars. They’re all around professionals and just great people in general.

1 /5 Manchester United: Very Disappointed - Unprofessional Pricing Practices I had a terrible experience at this dental office. The pricing is completely unprofessional and inconsistent. They gave me two different prices for the same service. The dentist’s price was actually higher than the periodontist’s, which is the opposite of what you’d expect in most situations where the periodontist’s fees tend to be higher. On top of that, they sold me a toothbrush for $100, which I later found out costs only $40 on Amazon with three replacement heads included. It felt like they were more interested in taking my money than providing honest services. I do not recommend this office if youre looking for transparency and fair pricing. It’s clear that their focus is solely on making you pay more, not on your health or well-being.

5 /5 Jo Marie Ward: Dr Forest and his team members are the BEST!!! Not only did they give me my smile back, they are like family and always make me feel special! I live in Texas! It’s worth it to me to make these trips to receive the BEST care possible! ❤️❤️❤️

5 /5 Marc Needelman: Modern and very clean- 2 very important features. The staff was both professional and very friendly, starting with the receptionist through the dentist. Received a very thorough cleaning, as well. Just suffered a fall and the office got me right in. Need I say more? Although I am a snowbird, I think I’ll switch over to 5th Avenue Dental for all my care.
