5 /5 Shannon Hartnett: I went to 5th Ave Dental for the first time for my bi-annual cleaning and had to get x-rays done. John was my hygienist, and he was wonderful. He explained everything and was very efficient and quick. Rayna greeted me and she was so welcoming! Dr. M was my dentist. Overall, this was the best experience I have had at a dentist in a long time. I highly recommend it!

5 /5 Natalie Agyemang: What can I say about Dr. Forest’s office at fifth Avenue Dental. Let’s start with Dr. Forest. She’s one of the nicest funniest dentist I’ve ever been to. He has a great sense of humor and he’s just an all-around nice person. Now let’s talk about his staff staff is wonderful all of them. They make you feel comfortable and at home while you’re having procedures done. And then there’s Jessica Veron she’s just a wonderful person who even stays in touch with you on weekends and holidays when you’re trying to maneuver your insurance. They only allowed me to give it five stars but if I could, I would give the office 10 stars. They’re all around professionals and just great people in general.

5 /5 Jo Marie Ward: Dr Forest and his team members are the BEST!!! Not only did they give me my smile back, they are like family and always make me feel special! I live in Texas! It’s worth it to me to make these trips to receive the BEST care possible! ❤️❤️❤️

5 /5 Marc Needelman: Modern and very clean- 2 very important features. The staff was both professional and very friendly, starting with the receptionist through the dentist. Received a very thorough cleaning, as well. Just suffered a fall and the office got me right in. Need I say more? Although I am a snowbird, I think I’ll switch over to 5th Avenue Dental for all my care.

Signature Care Dental - Boca Raton Chelsi May: To start, im 33 and have an incredibly difficult fear of the dentist. Ive had trauma previously and its just really hard for me to cope with, i usually only go for an emergency because i have no other choice. Dr. Rodriguez and her team are wonderful human beings. Professionally as well, clear concise and empathetic. I received top notch care here yesterday. I felt cared for and safe. I cried probably 80% of my visit and there was not one person that didnt console me and help me through it. Fatima from the start gave wonderful customer service over the phone. She took the time to speak with Dr. Rodriguez and explain how traumatized i am, Dr. Rodriguez took time out of her day to call me and have me come in so she can spend time with me and figure out my care plan. Both Dental assistants gave me such great care and consoled me during my hard moments. Ive never felt so comfortable in a dentist in my life. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I look forward to a time where i can see past my fears and i believe Dr. Rodriguez and her team can get me there. If you’re looking for real dental care with a provider and a team that is personable and doesn’t rush you in and out like you’re just a number, or if you struggle with the same fear as me, I highly recommend starting here. Polin Dental - Boca Raton Keith Aubin: We have been patients of Dr. Carly Polin for several years, and we couldnt be happier with our dental care. Dr. Carly is incredibly gentle and an excellent dentist, always making us feel comfortable. She stands out, in a very good way, from any other dentists we have seen. Her office is spotless, and the equipment is state-of-the-art. The team she works with makes her practice even more special: her office manager, Angela, receptionist, Laura, dental assistants, Chully and Barbie, and dental hygienists, Vickie and another whose name escapes us. You will not find better care or friendlier service anywhere. We highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dentist.
