1 /5 sophie: This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor. I came to Dr. Cutter looking for help, and instead I was treated with disrespect, judgment, and cruelty. I asked him a simple question about my medication—if the dosage could be adjusted—and instead of answering, he got visibly angry, hostile, and acted like I was attacking him just for asking. That kind of behavior is unacceptable from anyone, but especially from someone who is supposed to be helping people in vulnerable states.
He then blamed me for how he was feeling, saying I was the reason he was upset. I tried to explain that I’m just trying to get better, that I go to therapy every week and I’m doing everything I can. His response? “It’s clearly not helping.”
That comment was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It pushed me into a full-blown panic attack right there in his office. No doctor should ever talk to a patient that way—especially someone seeking help for their mental health.
No one seeking help should ever be made to feel worse by a medical professional. Dr. Cutter showed zero empathy, no understanding of mental health, and clearly should not be treating vulnerable patients. Avoid this doctor at all costs.
