Whitney Wyatt: I found out I was pregnant about a month ago. I immediately called to try to get scheduled to see an OBGYN and was told I had to schedule a phone consult first. I just had my phone consult and I’m now 9 weeks pregnant. When they went to schedule my first appointment there was not any opening until 3 weeks from now and at that time I will have been 12 weeks pregnant and basically completed my first trimester with 0 doctor appointments. I called several times prior to the phone consult to confirm it was okay/normal to have it at 9 weeks and was assured each time they will get me in soon after that. Now, since I do not want to wait 3 weeks for my first appt with an OBGYN, I will need to see a midwife in 2 weeks if I want to be seen sooner. I’m really hoping things get better once I establish care but as of right now I am not impressed with the care and I am already going into this with many concerns. I plan to update my review once I finally establish care.

Almost every visit; problems w/ 1 or more of my medications…& I have to come back. The women are friendly and Professional. 1 very Big guy in Charge, has a very Big Head. Rude, no empathy, zero customer service.

Bruce Koenig: I am now 5 weeks post peristomal hernia surgery. Dr. Kendrick McArthur is an absolute gem. I was having such problems with my hernia and now Im back to normal. Dr. McArthur and his staff are great to work with. I highly recommend them. Also, the robotic surgical procedure was so much easier on me. I had a lower abdominal hernia decades ago and was cut open for that procedure. The healing time and getting back to normal was so much easier with the robotics. Thank you!!!

He was always compassionate and his office was always willing to help even after hours. This is a highly recommended doctor. We wont see him again because we are moving out of the country, but well surely miss him.

RJ Breteler: I walked in when a sudden onset of pneumonia on January 27 caused me to have 105 fever and oxygen percentage of 87%. I could barely walk. I begged the receptionist to see a doctor but was flat out refused and turned away. I barely managed to make it to a hospital in FtMywrs where I was immediately admitted for nine days. Lee Health not only failed their mission terribly but could have been the end of me. The receptionist could not have been worse, unsympathetic, cold, unable to recognize the emergency. This is NOT a walk in clinic! Following up. Lee Health has been exceptionally responsive to my post. They have taken this incident very serious and have reviewed the circumstances in great detail. Kudos for their positive actions to prevent an event such as I experienced from ever happening to anybody else
