5 /5 Diana Dietrich: A visit to Dr Regan’s office is always a pleasure which I can’t say about ALL Doc visits. I believe he’s a great Urologist & pays attention to patient details. My Mom is a bit of a complicated case with several other medical problems in addition to Bladder Retention but he is thorough & patient. Tangela his nurse assistant is awesome & provides timely slots for my Mom & I feel like she’s the magic behind back office running smooth. I receive timely call backs after urine cultures come back with instructions on how to proceed with or without medications. I would recommend this Urology Practice however just be patient as they have heavy patient volume.

4 /5 sam smith: Long wait, 2:30 check in but saw Dr Merrill 3:50. He was apologetic, sincere and professional. Explained with visuals and recommendations. Staff however could use some customer service skills. Boarding disrespectful.

5 /5 Bonnie Gagnon: We initially wanted to see Dr.Regan because of his good reviews but we have been seeing Dr Merrell for two years now since we have been in Florida and we are very pleased with him. He really listens to you and answers all your questions patiently. We were happy when he moved his office from Daytona to Palm Coast, because we live here in Palm Coast. He’s very kind and friendly, which is important to us also. Thank you Dr Merrell for your services.

1 /5 Jon W: As an established patient I was just told the next available appointment would be in September. It is March 12th The explanation was because I hadnt been in there for a while so I guess if youre doing okay healthwise and dont come in you get put on the back of the line as a new patient

5 /5 Bob Owen: I’ve been a patient with Dr Regan for many years. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very compassionate. He would always explain procedures to where I understand. He always has the best interest in his patients. I have to mention the nurses. They are friendly, make you very comfortable. Also the girls in the front office are the best. Back to Dr Regan, he is the best!!

Immediately the receptionist said in a snarky manner, umm okay, and hung up on the spot. I gave this place benefit of the doubt despite the numerous complaints about the office. My mistake...

I have not had a true “physical” exam in 10 years…

Kim Hindman: I unfortunately had to visit the ER but all things considered, I could not have asked for a better experience. The wait time was under on hour to be taken back into the ER. The wonderfully compassionate staff began to work on me shortly after and although I waited awhile to be admitted into a room, it was so much quicker and more efficient than any other hospital I have ever been in. The entire place was immaculate, as well. Even though I am not well, the staff truly did their best to brighten my days and were successful in doing so! Thank you, AdventHealth for EVERYTHING!!! I would give you 10 stars if I could!
