1 /5 Ben: Called to become a new patient with Dr Dorman to find out they are not accepting new patients. My provider said they were but providers arent always right so no big deal. The receptionist informed me of this but said their nurse practitioners were taking new patients. I declined in the most kind way possible, saying I was hoping for Dr Dorman based on his experience. Immediately the receptionist said in a snarky manner, umm okay, and hung up on the spot. I gave this place benefit of the doubt despite the numerous complaints about the office. My mistake...

Takes care of my husband also. His office manager (wife) is not unapproachable if you have a problem with any concerns she will speak with you and get problem solved. Mariah front desk is sweet as can be. A professional doctor and staff working many hours caring for their patients. Would not go to any other doctor.

Very caring and explains things so you understands. He never disregards your complaints. He will always try to seek an option to help, no matter how trivial it may be. I have been living in Kentucky for the last year and have made trips back just stay with him! I see people complain about his staff. I have always been treated very well by them. You have to remember they are a multifaceted office. Alot going on. Its not just a personal Dr. Office. Thank you Dr. Dorman for your care! Its appreciated more than you will ever know!!!

Palm Coast OB GYN - Palm Coast Cheree Moros: I had my first visit with Dr. Modad yesterday. For the first time in a very long time, I felt seen. She made me feel comfortable, gave me a blanket (I was freezing), and talked to me in a way that I could immediately tell that she is truly compassionate about her patients. She was very thorough, her staff was so friendly, and office was very clean. It took me a while to get in but was worth the wait, and I feel confident that I chose the right doctor.

Florida Hospital Flagler Prompt Care - Palm Coast shortykid701: Called to try get an appointment to get my ear looked at she said i dont think we can see you oh let me check whats your name then tells me if i havent been there before within 3 years which i have been before when my primary couldnt see me for days/weeks and i was having an issue. Rude and a waste of time just go to quik care instead of this place. What a joke

AdventHealth Stuart F. Meyer Hospice Inpatient Center - Palm Coast Melissa: My grandmother went to Palm Coast and the care for both patient and family was superb. I cant say enough about nurse Kathy and her temple missing glasses. Nurse Kathy made all of us so comfortable and what she did for us, on one of the final nights of my grandmothers life - was truly beautiful and one of the most precious moments of my life. My loved one passed peacefully and comfortably. For that I will be forever grateful.

UF Health Flagler Hospital - St. Augustine Shaun S: I had a great experience at Flagler Hospital when delivering our baby. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, and the hospital staff was incredibly supportive. The nurses were especially amazing—they were professional, caring, and always available to help, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for. Even though we didnt have any complications and didn’t need to interact with my doctor much, the care we received from the nursing team was outstanding. The hospital was clean, with modern facilities, and everything seemed well organized. The labor and delivery rooms were spacious and designed to make the process as easy as possible. My partner and I felt supported at every step, and the hospital staff communicated clearly, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the cost. While the care was excellent, Flagler Hospital is definitely on the pricier side. If you don’t have good insurance, be prepared for a hefty bill. Despite this, the quality of care made it worth it. If youre delivering here, I would recommend making sure your insurance is in good standing, as it can get expensive quickly. Overall, a positive experience and a hospital I would recommend for childbirth!
