1 /5 Anna Thornton: My son had a car accident that resulted with a mild concussion, but his symptoms were not improving, so we were referred to Dr. Garcias office as a follow up. His office never called us, I waited a week worrying, I reached out and they told me that they wont see him because he is a concussion patient from a car wreck. The problem I have with that is the failure to communicate that to me and just not following through and let us know. I would have never received a call if I would have waited longer. The fact they dont treat car wreck patients means they dont want to be called into a court case. I told them this is NOT an active insurance claim but a follow up from his pediatrician. They refused to see him, disgusted!

5 /5 Sam M: I have seen Dr Garcia twice in the past month and each visit he spent plenty of time not only examining me but explaining things. His demeanor puts you at ease and you can feel his compassion. He is thorough without being over reactive. He certainly has his medical opinion re tests other doctors need to do and has said "tell them to call me if they have any questions".

1 /5 Michelle Friedman: Was given a referral by my Doctor, called Dr. Garcia and made a appointment due to my seizures, everything was set up and info given and appointment set. About a hour or so later Christine calls and stumbles on her words then says the Dr. Isnt taking new patients and hes not a psychiatrist and they canceled my appointment, this is a message left on my voice-mail. I called back for the office manager and no return call or anything. Since when do you see a psychiatrist for seizures. Totally unprofessional and insuting. Beware staff has no manners or respect and I will be posting this everywhere I can to make people aware

AdventHealth Palm Coast ER - Palm Coast Kim Hindman: I unfortunately had to visit the ER but all things considered, I could not have asked for a better experience. The wait time was under on hour to be taken back into the ER. The wonderfully compassionate staff began to work on me shortly after and although I waited awhile to be admitted into a room, it was so much quicker and more efficient than any other hospital I have ever been in. The entire place was immaculate, as well. Even though I am not well, the staff truly did their best to brighten my days and were successful in doing so! Thank you, AdventHealth for EVERYTHING!!! I would give you 10 stars if I could!

David Karaffa, MD - Palm Coast Carol Flynn: I found this office to be very efficient. The office staff and nurse were respectful and competent. Dr. Karaffa listened intently and was fully engaged. I never felt rushed. I am thankful to have teamed up with this doctor and his staff.

Palm Coast OB GYN - Palm Coast Cheree Moros: I had my first visit with Dr. Modad yesterday. For the first time in a very long time, I felt seen. She made me feel comfortable, gave me a blanket (I was freezing), and talked to me in a way that I could immediately tell that she is truly compassionate about her patients. She was very thorough, her staff was so friendly, and office was very clean. It took me a while to get in but was worth the wait, and I feel confident that I chose the right doctor.

Florida Hospital Flagler Prompt Care - Palm Coast shortykid701: Called to try get an appointment to get my ear looked at she said i dont think we can see you oh let me check whats your name then tells me if i havent been there before within 3 years which i have been before when my primary couldnt see me for days/weeks and i was having an issue. Rude and a waste of time just go to quik care instead of this place. What a joke

AdventHealth Stuart F. Meyer Hospice Inpatient Center - Palm Coast Melissa: My grandmother went to Palm Coast and the care for both patient and family was superb. I cant say enough about nurse Kathy and her temple missing glasses. Nurse Kathy made all of us so comfortable and what she did for us, on one of the final nights of my grandmothers life - was truly beautiful and one of the most precious moments of my life. My loved one passed peacefully and comfortably. For that I will be forever grateful.
