I have actually thanked Dr. Farag for giving me my life back ~ and I truly meant it! From the first time I stepped through the office door, I have had nothing but an amazing experience with these wonderful people. The staff is the most professional, kind and knowledgeable Ive ever seen. Having feared the only solution was going to be surgery with 8-12 months of recovery, Dr. Farag was able to perform embolization on both of my feet and I am now able to walk pain-free. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Farag. Bay County/Panama City is extremely fortunate to have him and his amazing staff!

5 /5 Jon Lis: Words simply can’t explain how incredible Dr. Farag is. My mother came to visit me and my newborn son. As soon as my mother got off the plane, her right ankle and leg swelled up to 3x its original size. She was diagnosed with at least 11 blood clots (DVTs). Dr. Farag got my mom in same day. He did detailed imaging, and he put together a detailed plan for surgery the next day. He removed all the blood clots and completely saved my mom’s life. She said it was the best medical experience of her life. Dr. Farag was also on paternity leave, yet he still made time for the surgery and for a follow up with us. I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Farag to anyone who needs blood clots removed or any of his minimally invasive procedures. He is quite literally the best.

North Florida Regional Medical Center Freestanding Emergency Room Starke - Starke RHONDA KEENAN: Awful ER. When you go in, theres a security guard that tells you to sign in on the kiosk. Thats it. No triage nurse, no other medical staff in the waiting area to access the patients. We waited 50 minutes to be seen, which wouldnt have been a big deal except for the fact that it was a very broken arm on a 13yr old, who was very visibly in pain. When I say very broken, the arm was visibly mishaped. Again, there was no triage, so there were no ice packs, slings, or anything to help while we waited. The nurses were all very nice except for 1. I didnt get her name, but she had long, wavy hair. Im glad she only came in once. Her lack of empathy suggests she needs more sleep or a different profession. We waited in the er room for 5 hours before being transferred to Shands. I went to this ER because it was the closest. Next time, I will drive to the one in Middleburg instead. Even with the drive, it is faster. NFR needs to get their stuff together better.

Dr. Kumar has always been great, but now busy busy busy. Slow down Doc ;-)

The APN visited and we had a long discussion. Her review of my chart and recent assessments was thorough and informative. I have a high level of confidence in my care at this practice.

She refused to see me because i was a patient of Dr Brennan who let the practice, shove me off to go see some other ortho 20 miles away, when i insisted on being seen I got the run around and asked to do unnecessary tests that do not have availability for 6 weeks. She does not have the ethics to be a doctor. Very very disappointed as I need a surgery done to fix my hand urgently and not be sent around in circles

Certainly wish I would’ve gotten their names to include in this post. PA Rice was very knowledgeable and assisted me promptly. He provided so much information that I was more than confident leaving the room. One of the best UC visits I’ve ever experienced!
