1 /5 RHONDA KEENAN: Awful ER. When you go in, theres a security guard that tells you to sign in on the kiosk. Thats it. No triage nurse, no other medical staff in the waiting area to access the patients. We waited 50 minutes to be seen, which wouldnt have been a big deal except for the fact that it was a very broken arm on a 13yr old, who was very visibly in pain. When I say very broken, the arm was visibly mishaped. Again, there was no triage, so there were no ice packs, slings, or anything to help while we waited. The nurses were all very nice except for 1. I didnt get her name, but she had long, wavy hair. Im glad she only came in once. Her lack of empathy suggests she needs more sleep or a different profession. We waited in the er room for 5 hours before being transferred to Shands. I went to this ER because it was the closest. Next time, I will drive to the one in Middleburg instead. Even with the drive, it is faster. NFR needs to get their stuff together better.

1 /5 Khampae Sharp: writing this review before ive checked out or finished being seen due to my dissatisfaction : the most unwelcomed i’ve felt in a medical setting, the staff walks in don’t speak, i informed the first nurse i was anemic yet she failed to offer a blanket even though i asked about a blanket upon me walking in the room, i told the next nurse i wouldn’t be able to get the iv until i get the blanket because its going to make me extremely colder . i asked her for saltine crackers as she was servicing me but instead of her getting them before she started on a different patient she instead tells me to remind her in case she forgets and proceeds to go on with other task so there i am waiting 45 minutes for crackers that i could have received right then . they claimed to be short staffed but these issues im addressing has nothing to do with the staff ratio and everything to do with customer service . i will not be returning at all .

5 /5 A Gelfant: The doctors and nursing staff were incredible. They were very helpful and did an incredible job helping me. If I could give him more than five stars I would. This is my second time in 3 weeks here and would not go anywhere else

1 /5 Chris Watson: Don’t bring your loved ones here. They’re more concerned with your mask than they are with the fact that your bending over from severe chest pains. No ER receptionist or medical professional to greet you and help you. Just a “security guard” using his mask box to signify his authority over everyone who enters. Very rude telephone operator, too. The sweet manager, Tara, rectified the situation, at least in part. Other than Tara, they FAILED miserably.

5 /5 walter barnott: The Radiologist that did a CT Scan on 04/19/2024 on my lower back & left hip was very professional & very kind. After the Radiologist read the report she brought me a Copy of the CT Scan on A CD. I give the radiologist who was working the evening shift a 10* star rating
