Crystal and lorie are reliable as well even there are times they forgot some stuff about our referrals , I still understand because I know they are so busy . Just give them a call and they will help you. We have been in his clinic since 2022.

I felt extremely well taken care of by her and the rest of the team. I was very upset and in pain and she helped me every step of the way. Honestly everyone was so great. Great bedside manner by everyone. Clear communication on everything that had to be done to help me. Barely given edible food. Group therapy is to stretch or color. Not helpful at all. Providers barely available and are useless. This place ought to be shut down and the providers and administrators charged

Kathleen Davey: I had a total knee replacement today at Melbourne Surgery Center. I was welcomed @b6am by a friendly receptionist who efficiently completed necessary forms. The nurse who prepared me for my procedure, was knowledgeable and proficient. The anesthesia team was amazingly kind and adept. The physical therapist BJ and nurses were so fantastic,! My husband and I were treated with kindness and respect. I was so nervous on arrival, although when I left I was so thankful for the entire professional staff. Thank you again.

The drs and staff are very sweet .Sometimes it is hard to get ahold of somone on the phone but they are pretty efficient with calling you back atleast my experience . I’m high risk with twins and they are very thorough and check the notes my high risk dr yeagley and are on top of that each visit . I feel at ease knowing the care I’m receiving during my pregnancy has been great with you guys .

Ashely Mitchell: If I could give this place a -100 I would!!!!!! staff can never answer any of my questions they say they have EIP plans for the children but when you ask for details they always HAVE to give you a call back no matter who you speak with (FUNNY isn’t it).. In addition I have been trying to get my family member moved because every visit he has a new mark or BLACK EYE all from a staff member by the name of Victor!!! I have asked to have him moved (I would even pay for the transfer) and I never received an answer… The CEO and president Do Not Care about these poor babies…. all they want is the money…. I had to looking into a lawyer and still no luck (Would post pictures but I respect my family’s privacy)
