North East Auto and Truck Service - Ocala Chad T Wilson: I blew the exhaust side of my turbo diesel on Friday. All my research point to North East Auto and Truck Service. Dropped it off Monday morning. We expected 5 days or more since all parts I destroyed had to come from the manufacturer. I planned for the following Monday and they were finished Thursday, ahead of prediction. They were very thorough and transparent with the initial inspection, detailed in the proposed scope of work that I approved in full, and honest regarding the damage ended up not as extensive as originally contemplated after they got into it and were able to perform closer inspections. Communication was great. The online system for quotes, proposal acceptance and payment was really easy and a must since I was on vacation in Ocala when this happened. AND I genuinely liked the three individuals I met at North East, Mike, Steve and Sally(?)Sara(?)Sue(?); itās been a minute. Very pleased, would recommend North East to everyone excluding my enemies.
