1 /5 Lauren Fatica: New management is awful and ripped me off. Did not call to ask me if replacing my cabin filter was ok, replaced it and charged me for it; said they were too busy to call me. I am now selling my vehicle and I went to check the cabin filter and there is no cabin filter. So they took my old filter, charged me 50$ more for my oil change and didn’t even do the service.
When I called to let the manager know what happened, instead of being understanding he yelled at me; told me I was never a customer and hung up on me and I called back and left him a message about how awful he treats customers. You’re welcome
