5 /5 Andy Grosh: Kermits fixes cars that everyone else (including the dealer) say are not able to be fixed. He does amazing work with electronics in vehicles. This type of work isnt cheap (parts and equipment necessary for the job are expensive), but Kermits is less expensive than the dealer, and you know that your are getting treated fairly. Highly recommended.

5 /5 M C: I feel so lucky to have found Kermit. I recently purchased a 25 year old Jaguar that was in need of some repairs. Kermit and his wife are wonderful people. Kermit is honest and highly skilled. My car is running flawlessly. His hourly rate is commensurate with his skill level but, in this case, you get what you pay for - a smart, talented mechanic with integrity. I took a Lyft to pick up my car. He repaired one of the drivers cars! I kid you not! He is busy so you will need to schedule a few weeks out but he is well worth the wait.

1 /5 Tosha Hutchinson: Dropped my car off several months ago and have not been able to speak with Kermit since. I have called several times, left messages with the secretary and yet no one will return my call and let me know what’s going on with my car. I will be dropping by there office soon to find out in person what the problem is.

Kimberly Reynolds: I have been using this shop for years and have sent people to this shop. My experience on June 4th was to say the least "disappointing". When I called and scheduled appointment I specifically asked if shop could handle adjustable ball joints, I was told "yes we can". This shop apparently (after yesterdays experience) cant. 1. Your shop had to "figure out what to charge extra to do proper alignment". Not told to me when I made appointment. 2. If a tire shop that does alignments cant do adjustable ball joints (not to mention the lack knowledge your alignment staff had of how adjustable ball joints work) then maybe dont mislead customers that they can do it. I dont do this as a living and have a basic understanding of how they work at least. 3. This has totally blown my confidence in this shop and staff. 4. I feel I was lied to when I made the appointment, and grossly overcharged (was charged an extra hour on top of alignment cost, but only took about 15 minutes) for the staff having to take time to formulate a plan of action to solve the staffs lack of knowledge. 5. Your shop has joined the mentality of corporate owned franchises in my book. All about profit and screw the customer.

I have been to 4-5 mechanics in Florida and none of them could have helped me better than these guys! They were on top of it and got my Mazda 3 fix in the amount of two days prior of be bring it in. They fix my time if chain. Not just that but they also help me and gave me new serpentine belt, spark plugs and I also have a connector broken and they still got it done before I got home from work that week. If I have to say you need work done for your vehicle. They can do it all. Thank you Eric! I promise you’ll have be back all the time for any car issues!
