A big thank you to NP Matt who treated us like family, very knowledgeable and making our kids feel comfortable even sharing wellness family tricks with us. Such an amazing healthcare provider. Even though last night was packed he never cut our visit short and took the time needed with all my 3 kids. Elena and the other tech were amazing as well joking with our kids in order to make the swaps and test easier on them. I would happily wait for my kids to be treated by Matt and such an amazing staff.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our son feel as comfortable as possible. The team was thorough in their examination, taking the time to carefully assess his symptoms and ensure he received the best care to start feeling better. It was evident that they genuinely cared about his well-being, which was so reassuring during a stressful time. We are grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. This location will definitely be our go-to for pediatric urgent care needs in the future. Highly recommend!

It was quick and easy to get an appointment, and all the staff we came in contact with were fantastic. We saw provider Mathew, NP, who was amazing with the kids! I am very satisfied with the visit and highly recommend Advent Health Centra Care Kids to any parent seeking great care.

5 /5 Courtney James: I recently had to take my daughter in to be checked for a concern I had. It took a while for us to finally be seen, but the waiting area was very busy. Nurse Matthew was great! Super friendly and very family oriented. He made my daughter feel comfortable. I had concerns about putting my daughter on the antibiotics he said she would need, but he did give me different ways to help restore her good gut bacteria. I also never felt pressured or insulted that I had questions or concerns about the care for my daughter. The manager Patrick also came in and spoke with us to make sure we were doing OK. Everyone we encountered was pleasant. I’m thankful they have late hours and weekend availability. We will continue to go here when needed!

5 /5 Vonnie: Staci did a great job taking care of my child’s ear. We came in on a Sunday evening and she did a wonderful job alleviating fears and explaining everything. She was super gentle. I highly recommend this place for kids. They are quick to see you too.
