5 /5 Sharron Mccloud: I was seen today by provider Lonnie and she was awesome her service was excellent and front desk Sydney was very helpful. Love is in the air at Longwood Centra Care there year round tree shows it. Will be back again.

4 /5 Gutierrez Silva: Spacious compare to most locations. One of the few centra care that have availability to do an XRay on site. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Staff seem attentive and kind. So far a great experience… Came in as walking and was seeing within 14min. Also they are Veterans authorized urgent care provider

5 /5 Erika Taylor: I went to the urgent care today because I was having difficulties seeing out of one of my eyes. Upon arriving the staff was really friendly and they moved fast with getting me signed in. The sitting area was clean and they seemed to take care of the facility really well. I was called back fast and the nurses were kind and professional when caring for me. Once I met the doctor she was gentle with my eye and provided me with excellent care and guidance on how to get my eye better. All and all this facility was 100 ⭐️ out of 5. Dr. Jennifer Navarro is amazing and she is doing a great job. Thanks so much for all that you do to help others.

5 /5 Kaiyah Ambrose: Ive come to this clinic twice now while being pregnant. First time was early in pregnancy, and a second time when 32 weeks pregnant. Both times I received exceptional care! They made sure the medications I needed were safe for me and the baby. I would definitely recommend this urgent care for other pregnant women as they care greatly for their patients! I left feeling confident that the medications I need to take are safe, and feel very well taken care of.

1 /5 Kassondra Ola: I was having face pain and a sore throat and went in to make sure I had nothing contagious because I am around people all the time and about to travel. I felt so bad I could barely talk and the front desk lady made me write down my info because she could barely hear me. The NP I had was named Lonnie and she looked in my ears and mouth but not in my nose and that was my primary area of pain. I had to ask for a strep and Covid test because she said I didn’t look sick and should just go and see my pcp (I don’t have time that’s why I’m here on the weekend.) while I was there I remembered I have also been having urinary discomfort all week and oddly colored urine and asked if a urinary test could be done just to be safe. Unbeknownst to me they had checked me out before I was ready and told me I would have to check back in for a different symptom cohort and wait all over again to be checked for that. They were going to make me pay another copay- and charge my insurance for a second visit just to do a urine test. I’ve been to ER’s and Urgent cares a lot over the years and this has never been an issue. I felt judged- nickel and dimed- and blown off. It was a terrible experience and I don’t recommend this place.
