1 /5 Brenda Liz Rosario: Came to the hospital because my disable son pull his Gtube out and they did pray to make sure the tube is in his stomach. Then the doctor say he need a cat scan I say no because my son is not going to stay still and I dont want them to put him on sedation. I know they didnt like it but he pull his tube out everyday in the house and at the daycare and me and the nurses at the daycare put the tube back in he doesnt need pray or cat scan so why exposing him through all that when is not necessary. Nemours hospital use to replace the tube only when I didnt have an extra tube in the house. I feel like they dont know what they doing. As Im waiting my son had a seizure and as soon the seizure pass they all walk out the room and didnt even assist to put him in the bed. It was a total mess. Im disappointed.

3 /5 Denise Oberlies: My sister fell down a hill and broke her arm. We went into the Heart of Florida hospital, where all the people we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The issue comes in as we were preparing to leave. The doctor came back into the room and said that they didnt have any slings available, and that because of where the break is, a cast wouldnt work. He also said that a cuff brace is available everywhere, we could just pick one up. He fashioned a sort of sling out of the fabric that is used under a cast. We have been to all the drug stores, local stand alone pharmacies searching and have been told that they might/probably do have it at the supply store in Winter Haven (25 miles away), but they are already closed... What hospital doesnt have the products they need to treat patients. Update: 9 days later, a physical therapist came to the house, and advised they couldn’t start working on her arm due to the severity of the break. She can’t move her arm at all for three weeks. Why didn’t we know this before leaving the hospital???? Update 2: responded to the above request from Advent Health for more info, and received a call from Emergency room supervisor, who shared that there were slings, shared even more information that should have been shared at initial visit, and that the team would be working together to be sure that future patients would be better served. They appear to be trying to be better for the people they serve.

5 /5 Shameya Williams: Literally everyone was amazing, my midwife Christy and all my nurses were the sweetest and so personable, accommodating and my needs were met. I wish I did this sooner because I would’ve remembered their names specifically..I apologize. Everything went smooth and I had a healthy natural birth with some stitches needed and I’m almost healed. I gave birth on January 1 no complications and labored mostly at home.

1 /5 Nellie Roman: At first they took my son fast for temperature, weight and see doctor then got pushed to a waiting room for results and it’s been over 2 1/2 hours and still no one has come to say they still waiting on results that I was told only be about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Not to say chairs in waiting room with dirty linen and tissues so not a lot seating to sit. With so many nurses not one has come to clean the seats and ask if my son is ok.

4 /5 J A: Brought my mom in last night after a fall. Waited about an hour and a half to go back to see someone. That’s why I took a star off of the rating. Everyone in the ER was nice, helpful and when we got back we were helped by Christina and Janine. Janine we had met before and she is always so nice and helpful. This was our first time for Christina. She was absolutely wonderful. Answered questions and went above and beyond to help my mom in anyway that she could. The visit took a while, but these ladies made it bearable and not horrible. Thank you both so much!!!

HCA Florida Osceola ENT - Kissimmee Karate Boy08: The most rude front desk lady is the one here! By the phone and in person. Gabriela is her name; if you looking for a professional attention better look in another place. I have my appointment yesterday for first time, but I do not go anymore. My mom was there in August and the front lady was speaking to her in the same way. We are paying a service from an specialist. Nothing is free! I was asking for the manager, but never, never is in the office.

CareSpot Urgent Care of Kissimmee - Kissimmee Krissia Guerrero: Terrible service, long wait, even with an appointment. Came for a drug test required by my new employer and they sent me here and worst place to come to. Heard someone waited an hour and half even with an appointment. If you come here I recommend coming soon as they open. By the way Saturdays they only have one doctor on staff and one person for drug test.

Gastroenterology Institute of Orlando - Kissimmee Michele Mccreary: Even though Dr Seela Ramesh is a great doctor and very thorough. The office stuff does not know their jobs. I drove over an hour for my appointment to get there and they say it was canceled and never called me ahead of time. This isn’t the first time I had an appointment shown up and they say it was cancelled. Also whenever I tried to call office they never answer.

AdventHealth Kissimmee Outpatient Center - Kissimmee Darlene McCall: There is a Lady by the name of Loriann, she works in scheduling, I am a Senior citizen who was blessed to have her answer my call, she has the patience of a saint and knowledge of a scholar, she helped this process of getting my appointment done for my MRI , I’m so relaxed and relieved now that I spoke with her, very professional and friendly, so please know that she has my highest respect and 5 stars and more !!!! Thank You AdventHealth for your great employee, she represents you very well.

AdventHealth Centra Care Kissimmee - Kissimmee Catherine Whitty: Arriving into the Health Centre, and being from Ireland, we did not know what to expect. Ana on front desk kindly contacted our health insurance company (as I couldn’t call on my phone) and sorted everything. Both my son and I were sick, and we were seen by Dr Trinh and Amanda. After a thorough examination, we were prescribed antibiotics (which they supplied at the Centre). The service we received was second to none. Very professional (and friendly) and they truly deserve a 5 star review. Thanks again for your help.

Hunters Creek Womans Health Center - Kissimmee Grace Lisboa: I had an incredibly frustrating experience during my appointment on Saturday, February 22nd, at 11:20am, which I had scheduled three weeks in advance and confirmed both by phone and text. Upon arriving at the office, the receptionist, Betsy, informed me that my appointment was canceled due to an issue with two profiles in their system and incorrect last names. This explanation was unclear and confusing, so I asked for further clarification. Betsy then explained that my previous profile was still active, and due to this, my appointment was canceled. I was not notified about this cancellation, despite receiving confirmation of the appointment. When I showed her the confirmation, her response became increasingly agitated. She claimed that I was there for an appointment on January 3rd, and that I should have used the same profile. However, I had never made an appointment in January, and the idea that I had missed one was completely incorrect. Betsy then asserted that she had multiple photos of me from that visit on January 3rd, which she claimed she would print out to prove I had been there. At this point, I became concerned that there might be fraudulent activity involving my insurance, as I was obviously certain I had never visited the office in January. Instead of addressing my concerns calmly, Betsy raised her voice, making the situation even more uncomfortable. After a few moments, I called my husband, so he could come pick me up since I was no longer having an appointment. Betsy continued to yell and interrupt while I was on the phone, even though I made it clear that I was not blaming her for the cancellation, but was deeply disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. She informed me that my appointment had been rescheduled for March, but I had never been notified of the cancellation or the rescheduling. When I asked her to cancel it altogether, as I no longer wished to continue with their services, she became even more upset. When my husband arrived to seek further clarification, especially regarding the claim that I had been there on January 3rd (a day when I was actually out of the country), Betsy’s behavior shifted dramatically. She then denied everything she had previously said, twisted the whole story, and had a whole different attitude. Given that this is a women’s health center, it is incredibly concerning that Betsy displayed such a lack of professionalism and communication skills. Her confrontational attitude and inability to handle the situation left a lasting negative impression. Women’s Health Center lost a patient this Saturday because of your frontline professional, as it is clear that her skills are not well-suited for customer-facing positions.
