5 /5 Darlene McCall: There is a Lady by the name of Loriann, she works in scheduling, I am a Senior citizen who was blessed to have her answer my call, she has the patience of a saint and knowledge of a scholar, she helped this process of getting my appointment done for my MRI , I’m so relaxed and relieved now that I spoke with her, very professional and friendly, so please know that she has my highest respect and 5 stars and more !!!! 1 /5 Rebeca Santana: Today I went for a medical appointment that was rescheduled from August to today October 7th 2024 with Doctor Varon, Juan an endocrinologist room 306. I waited for months and they refused to attend me. I paid Copay and they refunded me. They said I would need an ultrasound of my thyroid to be able to treat me. I believe they didnt want to see me because Im a new patient. I lost hours of work to go to the location. I was very mistreated. I dont recommend this place. Terrible and prejudiced doctor. Terrible front office service too. How can I get a ultrassom, if he didnt attend me at the first time? Was a terrible experience. I have a good doctor as primary care from other location, but this place and this doctor are the worst.

Mary evaluated me and planned the perfect treatment for me. She is awesome! Randolph and Joey guided me with kindness and motivation to achieve the desired goal. 1 /5 Raul Gomez: You guys called me once, to schedule an appointment because you had a referral then i was told to hold on for CARMEN call and she never called me. Then i come here face to face with Carmen and she says that she does not have a referral YOU SAID YOURSELF THAT YOU HAD A REFERRAL NOT ME. Now i just wasted time here taking time from my work and she was nothing but not helpful. Poor customer service from Carmen and such disorganization

Ive had 3 appts at this office (Health Orl Urology) & the staff are all so pleasant & proficient. Michelle, PA, is fantastic, knowledgeable & very caring w/the patients. Dr. Sarat Sabharwal, Urology has such gracious empathy for his patients. He is GR8 ! If you make an appt at this office, you will not be sorry. God bless.

Doctors Surgery Center - Kissimmee B C: Yesenia and the Nurse Practitioner, Beth were really nice. The nurse was very thorough and knowledgeable before my surgery. Sarah is also nice and made me feel at ease when I went in to get my cataract taken out.

Talampas Conrado E MD - Kissimmee Bari Stone: Dr. Talampas has provided excellent care to me and my husband for a couple decades. His staff is always helpful, professional and responds to our requests in a timely and respectful manner. Even though we have moved over 75 miles away, Dr. Talampas is still our primary physician for our semi-annual medical exams... and for everything that happens in between those visits! His standard of care is superb!

The Womens Center - Orlando Ligia Alvarez: Really good service since you get in the clinic till you leave! Enough personal to assist you as a patient and every question is answer plus the place is clean and organized it is my first time going to this Women’s Center in Hunters Creek and I Loved it. My doctor wooo the best! Going to the one in Saint Cloud next and see how it is!

Dr. Carlos J. Placer - Kissimmee Celeste Montalvo: Receptionists are rude and unprofessional. Doctor is only concerned with insurance payments and not concerned with patient care. My grandmother has been seeing him for years and receiving facet joint injections with absolutely no relief and if anything it got worse. She’s still in alot of pain, he’s not even a certified anesthesiologist and doesn’t provide pain relief or care about his patients. His bedside manners are like a wet mop, needs to go back to medical school. This place needs to be shut down, luckily my grandmother has found a good doctor thanks to my mother Evelyn Naranjo and now she’s getting the pain relief that she needs.

AdventHealth Centra Care Hunters Creek - Kissimmee Cristina Chambers: Took my Daughter to Centra Care yesterday. Nobody really wants to go to the doctor, but I have to say that Izzy at the front desk , made all the difference. It was nice to learn that we can still count on friendly and compassionate individuals. She was very friendly, caring and yet professional. She made us feel special and not only another patient! OSCEOLA RHEUMATOLOGY CENTER - Kissimmee Brandon C.: Theres a sign in the office that says a new patient appointment is 1 hr MINIMUM, meaning you’ll be sitting in the back room for 1 hour before you even get to see the doctor. I waited over 1 hr, and then saw the doctor for no more than 3 minutes. He was extremely rude to me; he snapped at me and interrupted me when I was trying to explain my symptoms and bloodwork. He literally had his back to me the entire time before I was rushed out of there. It was a demoralizing experience. I turned down a second appointment.

Optum - Kissimmee - Kissimmee Chuck: OPTUM KISSIMMEE THE STAFF AND DR. VEGA AND THE OTHE PHYSICIANS THAT WE SEE OCCASIONALLY When necessary are all wonderful. Dr. Vega is our PCP and he is so knowledgeable about all my health issues and my wifes also. He is very up on best medications he has controlled my wifes blood pressure with adjustment if medication that has worked when nothing else did. Both my wife and I enjoy the family atmosphere that is displayed by all the staff that we deal with. Thank you for everything Dr. Vega and your team.
