2 /5 Carly Whetstone: Doctor was over an hour late to my new patient appointment. Then I learned as I was checking out that the doctor is leaving the company next month anyways. They forgot to take my copay when I checked in, so they yelled at me halfway down the hall as I was leaving to come back. Staff were friendly but there seems to be terrible communication and organizational skills here. Took two hours there for what was a 15 minute appointment.
