1 /5 Susan B: Why is it so difficult to speak to a person on the phone. I went in person to discuss a script that was sent to my pharmacy which was never received. I am now into week three of not being able to get this office to understand they just have to resend a script. You have to leave a message with clinical staff which is never returned. You call and the receptionist will kindly tell you that she is sending a message to the clinical staff. What a surprise, no one calls me or responds. The management at this office is very poor. I will find another digestive care office to go to. Ms. Colon, and Dr. Gomez were helpful and attentive, however, there is something wrong with the office staff and their organization. Fix it folks, people are complaining.
