5 /5 Gen M.: Dr Vignali is very kind and considerate, he cared for me throughout my pregnancy and always made me feel comfortable. The front desk staff is super kind and accommodating and all made my labor and postpartum an enjoyable experience.

2 /5 Michaela Walker: This office is obviously overworked and understaffed: unfortunately this means you will not get great care here. Obgyns not only cover all appointments in a day but births on the floor, which are of course not subject to appointment. This leads to long wait times and very very short appointments. Most of my appointments were less than 5 minutes. That in and of itself was not a problem, but it led to substandard care in two instances. My Rhogam shot was completely forgotten by my care team. I asked about it at my appointment after the ideal window passed and was told flippantly to go get it and my dtap at a pharmacy. I called every pharmacy in the area and none of them ever give rhogam. They made me come back as soon as possible (because wed already missed the ideal window), made me do a blood draw and wait for results to confirm that i am STILL rh negative (as I have been since I was conceived) before finally giving me the shot. It was over five hours at the hospital just to get this shot. The second egregious lack of care was when I reported ppd symptoms, including self-harm ideation, at my 6week visit. I said I wasnt sure about taking medication and wanted to discuss my options. Dr Desai said to let him know in a few weeks if I wanted medication and was gone. I called back over a month later admitting that I just needed some medication and didnt need to talk about my concerns - just give me something. I was completely dismissed by the nurse on staff and told that the Drs note said to come back in a few weeks and it had been over a month, so go see someone else. I was floored by how condescending this nurse was to someone reporting feelings of worthlessness, inadequacy, and suicidal ideation. Edit: i forgot to mention that I was made to push on my back even though I had no epidural and being on my back felt wrong. It all went very quickly, and I was not held on the bed, but I asked multiple times to change position but the dr refused. Looking back, I find that pretty shocking in 2023. The hospital was great. The nurses and hospital pediatrician were wonderful. Im grateful for my healthy baby. But the care provided by this OB group is substandard at best.

1 /5 Travis: Always a waste of time. My wife has a scheduled appointment at 1 pm it’s now 145 pm and she had to just go ask what’s going on. O doctor is in a delivery. Okay well why don’t you have a doctor on for deliveries and another doctor for SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. You want us to be on time. Maybe you all should be on time too. One week postpartum and have a newborn I don’t have time to be wasting . You guys need to get your office and staff together. Hire more people!!

1 /5 Gia Napoli: this review is for Norma. she is the only nurse they have answering their phones every day of the week and she is extremely rude, and laughs at you when you have questions. she hung up on me multiple times without sending messages to my doctor for prescriptions, she is lazy and i’m not quite sure why she’s still employed. worst experience of my current pregnancy is this woman. i have no idea why someone so insensitive is handling calls for an OB office? otherwise i don’t have a problem other than the office being completely unresponsive.

1 /5 Lauren Jones: If I could give this office 0 stars I would. Appointments are consistently getting cancelled within half an hour of your scheduled time. They explain you when your next appointment will be and who you will see and then when you go to schedule it, the next available time isn’t for weeks after. All this place does is stress out the pregnant lady. Do better, Advent Health.
