1 /5 Renee Hill: I cannot be detailed as I would like because there is not enough room.Some just going to let the pictures do the talking.. I had to leave even though I did not feel well enough to But the conditions of this room and I have insurance is absolutely ridiculous! I was giving medications that I should not have been given It was a terrible experience from check in until I got discharged three days later. Could have killed myself because the court in order to turn off The light was super long wrapped around my neck. Didnt have the decency to have a working clock. As I said I will let the pictures do the talking Way more to the situation than I can explain.

5 /5 heidi ortega: I broke my leg Christmas morning and was there on the 10th floor orthopedics for 13 days and the staff was so kind and made my stay very comfortable and they were all so attentive. Shout out to Dominique, Sarah and Lane for making a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation less awkward, you were my cheering squad and I will never forget you. Lane who sings and is so cheerful all the time. Thank you Jennifer for washing my hair so I could feel normal again. Thank you all too many to mention but if I had to be in a hospital I am glad that this was the one I was at and it is so clean and the room is like a hotel room my grandson actually thought it was an Airbnb LOL and wanted to come visit me so he could lay on my bed and watch TV cartoons. I am so appreciative for the care and attention I was given thank you all at Advent Health Orlando

5 /5 Bryan Wolski: I have been to a number of hospitals (unfortunately) and have been impressed with AdventHealth Orlando. It is a very good facility, with multiple floors for cardiology (and other floors for other areas too). I have been engaged mostly with the Advanced Heart Failure team and they are the best to deal with. Every single nurse, doctor, APRN has been outstanding. I tell them that I have been to other hospitals and those other hospitals are great, but when compared to AdventHealth Orlando, it is like comparing Chik-fil-a to McDonald’s. They are just a cut above in service and making you feel cared for. I had to have a long stay and they have a spa (Eden Spa). I was able to schedule a haircut in my room. So convenient and adds to your own humanity when you take care of the basics.

Incredible care was taken during the procedure, and we are eternally grateful for the miraculous outcomes. All the way through, Dr. Elmore and the rest of the team were fantastic. The consultation and subsequent care were both conducted with the utmost professionalism and empathy. Everything done to guarantee my daughters well-being was greatly appreciated, and we couldnt have asked for finer care. Much obliged for all your effort and commitment.

They listen, they are organized, extremely knowledgeable and professional, they care. (PCP, Cardiology, Oncology, Radiology, Surgery). I am so grateful that as I was on a late start with a very serious diagnosis they listened, guided me very carefully, and promptly treated me. I wished I started my journey with Advent Health from the very beginning but trust that I will get the best care possible. Advent Health Orlando is an amazing building. I loved the garden and hubby mentioned the cafeteria was great. My surgery was planned thoroughly, the day of the surgery the nurses went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I had a complicated procedure, Dr. Kendrick did an amazing job « fixing me », answering all questions before the surgery, and delivering difficult news to my hubby after the surgery. I was able to go home the same day without taking narcotics. Thank you so much!

Jason Gray: Just an all around great experience. I set my appointment up over the phone, and was given exact instructions on where to park, and where to locate the office (it’s a bit tricky). I met with Dr. Zerpa. She is a fantastic person. She listened, and provided me with great comfort. I also met with her attending, Dr. Conti, who was also very professional and comforting. I have a follow up appointment next month. definitely recommend visiting if searching for a primary, or just overall care.

Skyler Diaz: Awful. My doctor saw me as a number and a burden. He did everything he could to get me out the door as quickly as possible. And the nurses would defend him. When he ran out of treatment options, be literally just said " Well I guess we just wait until something happens" HELLO?? I have stage 4 cancer!! I ended up having to call hospitals ALL around the country, and I found my OWN clinical trial I wanted to be in. And every single hospital I called was APPALLED that I needed to call because my oncologist already washed his hands of my case. Florida healthcare in general is just THAT worse than many other states. I ended up moving for better care, which if I did not, I might have died already. ETA: The inpatient ward drove me up the wall!!! everything is beige and white, with sterile fluorescent lights. You CANNOT leave the floor if you are hooked to a treatment, so you just see patients shuffling around the 2 loops of the floor. Over, and over. There is a small break room, and some nice windows. But other than that , that place doesnt feel real, and It feels like time doesnt pass there. I had nonstop panic attacks there, but that was also in part because of the chemo.

Valerie Duval: So, I find out Im at the wrong location, however I have only ever been to the same location over the past 4 years, I get the address to the location I am supposed to be at and they tell me to sit and wait for 40 minutes to tell me they have no one on staff that can remove stitches. Then why couldnt I just leave and try to make my appointment at the correct location. Keep in mind they know I am driving from Daytona Beach and that I am a teacher who had to request this day 3 weeks in advance just to get a substitute to cover me for and hour. There customer service is ridiculous. Not to mention I got 4 phone calls from them asking me to change my appointment the day before the appointment. Then when I tell them I dont know when I could take time off again to get over here they suggested I just go to the emergency room to have them removed. So here I wait in the emergency room to get stitches removed. I hope I never have to back here again and if you dont have to use the orthopedic Arnold Palmer Facility then dont.

Ms. MONIQUE Monique, Getting into trucking over 50: I was there Thursday 26th and I had a great experience at the imaging dept. I was there for my yearly mammogram. Only critic, I have is , if the radiologist sees something, before you actually leave the facility maybe ask for additional images right then and there or even an ultrasound, especially if the person has previous history. But overall all of the techs and front desk employees were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to my friends most definitely

Seems like they are very clinical and not as compassionate. They seem shorthanded. Fairly nice looking and clean but I cant say that I am overwhelmingly pleased.

Sarah Lewis: Loved this office, location and the friendliness. Dr. S was very easy to talk to and I felt like listened to my concerns and was genuinely interested in making my life as comfortable and quality effective as possible. I didnt feel rushed or blown off. I loved my nurse-very cheerful. My only wish is that they had an "out for lunch" sign. I went there for my first appointment and panicked because it was locked an no one was in office or answering the phones. Its a small office. I like that-just a sign for anxious people like me showing up there first time wouldve helped me breathe easier :)
